I was visiting from pretty far out of town, and had no trouble accurately scheduling an appointment online. The staff was readily available to help, and the nurse practitioner I saw was very thorough when I described my symptoms. She prescribed something to try to address all the issues I was having and I was impressed being that she never met me. I do recommend this facility and thank them for their professional care and demeanor.

This clinic was very clean with courteous and competent staff. My only complaint is that the website allows you to schedule an appointment but despite that “option” they see patients on a first-come-first-seen basis. I made an appointment for 9 and was seen a bit after 10.

The nurse was so kind, helpful, and comforting. I hate shots and they freak me out, but she talked me through it and made me feel much better about it before actually injecting the shot. I will visit this facility any day, as needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who is sick and wants to feel better fast! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the kind, caring staff, at this clinc. I visited, due to a severe allergic reaction while on vacation and the staff tended to me quickly, to reduce swelling and make certain my airways were clear and I was ok. It was a very scary situation but I knew I was being taken care of by these Dr.'s and staff. This was the best care I have ever received at a clinic and most hospitals. To bad I was on vacation and they do not work nearer to my home town. I have never felt more safe and comfortable at a Dr. 's office!

Very quick which was nice! There's a nurse there who is very sweet and friendly and especially kind to my kiddos. She got my baby girl a popsicle while I was being seen and kept her entertained and occupied. Doctor is very nice as well. She was thorough in the testing and even tested my urine. We will keep coming back here on a need be basis rather than having a primary doctor.

I had gotten stung by a stingray two days ago and went to this clinic after the pain became unbearable. As soon as I talked to the very sweet lady at the front desk she identified my injury and got me in immediately! They were all super sweet and reassuring and I could not be more thankful for an experience like this when my stress was so high! The vibes were amazing and I could not be more satisfied with this visit!

Visited this urgent care today. Overall, an excellent experience. Receptionist was friendly and the wait was not bad at all. When I was taken back to be seen, the RN's ( Amber and Kim) were extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner (Maranda McCoy) and she was very professional, friendly, and attentive. She explained everything and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure, a rarity with medical visits, to be taken care of by these individuals. Once again, Maranda CRNP, Kim RN, and Amber RN are exceptional. I will use this urgent care again if I need it.
