Had a great experience visiting. Thought I had strep and scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning the night before. Showed up and was seen by the nurse practitioner within seconds of checking in at my appointment time. She had prepared a strep test for me beforehand from my comments in the online appointment and was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Thankfully, the test came back negative! Overall great experience.

I wish there was a negative star rating. I could have given a negative ten. I had an appointment for a test. I reached about 3 minutes late of my scheduled time. It took me another minute to find the clinic in the store. There was no nurse at the front desk. She was in the back room. I looked around to find someone. Then I tried to sign in the computer. It took me another minute. In the meantime, the nurse shows up and asked my name. She said you are six minutes late in signing up so I can't treat you now. Then she informed me about a 5 minute window rule. No one had told me about that 5 minute rule when I scheduled my appointment. She refused to treat me because by the time I signed up in the computer it was one minute past the 5 minute grace window. I have never met such a rude and unprofessional medical professional who refused to treat the patient who didn't sign in on time. I am never going to go to any of Walgreens' clinics in the future.

We've been here more than a dozen times in the last year for the whole family. Today they diagnosed strep and sinusitis for the kids. Highly recommend!

NURSE Brenda, should have her nursing license revoked. I went to the clinic on Monday (November 29th, 2021) in the worst pain I had ever been in. I woke up Saturday morning with a very sore throat, and by Monday I couldn’t even swallow my own spit, speak from how swollen my throat was, and my ears were in unbearable pain. I made an appointment for 1030am. I arrived early, signed in, and waited on one of the chairs. As I’m waiting, a gentlemen and his young, and obviously very sick, daughter were having trouble using the sign in kiosk. Brenda then comes out, and is so rude to the man and his child, I should of left then. She clearly didn’t want to help him navigate the kiosk. I was so sick and in so much pain, I decided to stay. Once it’s my turn to go back, I explain to the nurse that I have been having throat pain for about 3 days now, along with ear pain, I explained to her that I woke up this morning around 3am, almost unable to breath and talk, I could swallow without extreme pain, and my ears were absolutely killing me. She does a strep tests, tells me it’s negative and my ears are clear. I, again, tell her how much pain I am truly in to which I’m told to get some honey. That’s it. That was the whole appointment. I left in pain and no medicine or help. That afternoon my two daughters and husband had doctors appointments as well, none of us were feeling well. Both my children and husband came back with strep throat. I call their office, and leave a message informing them my entire family had strep and begging for an antibiotic or some type of medication to ease the pain. To which Jessica calls me back and informs me my strep test was negative and Brenda saw no sign of infection. Now, it’s Sunday. This pain hasn’t eased in the SLIGHTEST. It’s only gotten worse. My ears hurt so bad, it has brought tears to my eyes. Today the pain was so unbearable, I took myself to an urgent care. And thank GOD I did so, because I have an extreme case of strep throat. The DOCTOR I saw today, told me I have so many blisters and it’s now a horrible strep infection. I was put on an antibiotic and steroid and a mouth wash to easy the pain. The doctor today told me whoever looked at my throat should be fired and that I’ve probably had strep for over two weeks now. I also work with babies for a living ranging 6 weeks old to 6 months. I have been at work, in pain and CONTAGIOUS all week. And not only that, but I had an entire week of pain and suffering, which could of been avoided had I gotten proper medical attention and put on medication. I plan on reporting Brenda and Jessica to tri health. And to anyone else who will listen. I wouldn’t send my absolute worst enemy to this clinic. I’m absolutely disgusted with these two nurses, tri health, Walgreens, all of them.

My daughter and I both went in for strep swabs, seemed simple enough - my 3 year old kicked and screamed and they were not able to swab her and I was told we would not be billed for her appointment, since all they did was weigh and take her temperature.....I was still billed for a full treatment for her anyway.

The billing......complete disaster. I got no fewer than 5 statements for a co-payment I had already made for my visit. Then I get a statement for my daughters visit, 2.5 months later, with an amount owed - fine, charge me the co-pay for the visit even though no service was performed. But the bill was 3 times what my co-pay was. When I called to inquire, as there is no breakdown on my bill about what insurance paid, they were trying to tell me that the patient this bill number was for was my husband (he is the Member carrying the insurance) and not my daughter....even though her name is on the bill. What

I've had to call no fewer than 10 times and this has dragged out for 3 months, still not resolved. Sooo not worth it - their billing department is completely understaffed or just poorly trained. Just go to an urgent care or wait for your doctors office to get you in. I will never use them again.

Only place I could find to get my 3yo a flu shot. Made an appt. Waited 35 minutes. Office was dirty and cluttered. NP didn't know why we were there, despite it listing the visit as a flu shot visit. NP was nice enough but not used to young kids. My child jerked when NP inserted the needle. NP dropped the needle while in my child's arm. Needle wobbled around in my child's arm. NP pulled the needle out reinserted then injected. Np felt bad but is not used to young kids. Never will I return there.

Was able to walk-in in the middle of the day and get a Covid 19 test. The nurse (Ms. Greene) was friendly and said she could work me in. I was very appreciative of her time and expertise as well as getting my results back so quickly!

Good concept but the devil's in the details. It's an extremely depersonalized way to get healthcare. You check in at an empty welcome desk that has a bottle of hand sanitizer and a kiosk that uses an easy but clumsy app that involves typing in data one screen at a time and takes several minutes to enter personal and unnecessary information every time. The provider is behind a locked door without a window and only comes out if she/he wants to. There are 2 chairs; you might have to stand in the cold remedies or housewares aisle to wait your turn.

The first time I went, the provider was running about 15 minutes late (there were gaps in the schedule). Sure. No problem. It happens, right? The second time I went, with icy roads and the clumsy app, I was 4 minutes late by the time I logged in. The provider blew me off. I knocked and she scolded me for being late. When I reminded her I was there just to get a repeat TB skin test she argued it would take 10 minutes (it took maybe 5 last time at the most; maybe 3, and should be less for the repeat). However even if it had taken 10 minutes, we would have left 5 minutes leftover in the appointment I'd booked, and we could've accomplished it, had she not stood there scolding me. A rational system and rational, good natured provider would be competent enough to accommodate these small fluctuations. This system and provider don't and don't care. Now, I have to go back at her convenience. Bottom line? Walgreens "add on" moneymaker for the corporation. Go only if you MUST.
