If I could give 10 stars I would! From the time Cynthia smiled and welcomed me at the front desk until I received my discharge papers from Eve, I was treated with kindness, compassion and respect! When Madison did my intake she was attentive and friendly as could be! When my CPA Miss Kayla came in and greeted me, she allowed me to be open and honest! She even treated me for a different issue then what I was being seen for! Outstanding! I will be telling ALL of my friends about my awesome experience! I just can't thank my "care team" enough! God bless them all!

I came in for what I consider to be a simple checkup 30 minutes before closing, and the entire staff was wonderful. The front desk staff greeted me and got me checked in within minutes, and Gerri, NP and Pam, RN, were fast and efficient. They explained what meds they were giving me, and they allowed me to ask questions. Whats special: they didn't know I also am a nurse at MUSC. They treated me the way patients should be treated.

My visit took about 2 hours even though it was not very busy. In the end my prescriptions were not submitted causing me to have to call them back the next day. Unacceptable, I would use a different care provider if able.

From beginning to end extraordinarily health care at its finest. Everyone we encounter (wished I could remember everyone's name) went well up and beyond their professional requirements, very personal treatment. Niki Smith, PA treated us as friend and as her one and only patient.

In the past 8 years we have used this facility many times because we live near there and probably half of those times they were not able to help us, it seems like a large facility that can’t do much, does upper the management really think urgent care only means repair small cuts and flue testing

I would highly discourage anyone from going to this Urgent Care. The staff and doctors were good. However, the billing was beyond horrible. Do not dismiss the other reviewers saying the same thing. Both my husband and I went on separate days due to Covid. My visit included a strep test, flu test, and Covid test. I paid my copay. However, I then received a bill for $500!. My husband went two days later for a Covid test and paid his copay. He was billed $200! I had a strep test a couple days prior to my visit at a different urgent care and only paid my copay. This is not an insurance problem. It is a MUSC problem. There is no way that we should have been charged this after paying our copays. I have spent endless hours on the phone with both MUSC and our insurance companies and it was obvious this was MUSC coding this as outpatient hospital lab tests. The additional charge was never disclosed before, during, or after the visits. Save yourself some time and money and go to the Urgent Care in Columbia or Camden. As a side note, they can not legally go after you for these bills and it will NOT affect your credit report. The No Surprises Act prohibits them from billing unreasonable charges. Just google "law prohibiting medical bills going on your credit report" and google "Do i have to pay unreasonable charge for medical bills at urgent care" Don't pay it!!!!!

This facility has come a long way. I used to go there often as it was convenient to where I worked. When I tell this place wasn’t my favorite in the past, it is now. There’s new staff from the front to the doctors. All very pleasant and take their job seriously. The place is clean, efficient and now welcoming. Went in for an issue with severe ear pain and was in and out in less than an hour with several people in front of me. Also witnessed nurses stop and evaluate a child in need and comfort is mother. This place has come so far and should definitely be added to your list of where to go when in need!!
