I had experienced becoming septic and clinically died- but by grace of God was saved by numerous IV antibiotics. I had a hole from my mouth to my brain. I need a complicated dental surgery to repair. I was cleared by primary care for surgery but needed a lower A1C test. I had it performed by quest and it was too high. However Quest withheld that result for 5 days. I had to repeat it again and after I explained my situation my 2nd test results again are not released 3 days later ( normally a 24hr test). The surgeon will admit me as soon as he gets the result. Thereby clearing his schedule for me. I now have a new fever, blurred vision , severe fatigue pain and more- but Quest can not get a test result until next week? Shame on you.

This place clearly has never worked with autistic children. I got my labs done while my son stayed in the car with my husband so he wouldn’t get Ansy or upset. Literally told them when I was done that I was going to get my son because another tech asked if he was with me. So I said I was going to go him. NOW I’ve been waiting 35 minutes and the same tech came and asked if the appointment was for me or my son and what time his appointment is. He’s the ONLY child that’s been here for the last HOUR. Now I am gonna have to hold him still for his draw when he’s already mad. 🙄

A problem EVERY TIME I have used this place! This time my results once again NEVER got to my doctor that ordered them!! I was told by the hematologist on the 12th my doctor would receive them in two days…not there today on the 25th! My doctors office called today while I waited and Quest in Orange refused to fax the results because they needed my Quest patient number. Seriously? Not only a certain hematologist at this office is VERY rude!! I would give 0 stars if possible. D O N E with this place!!
