I tried to order a hot drink which requires the use of the espresso machine today , only to be told I couldn't because the machine wasn't working. This is ridiculous. I was told this numerous times in the past year also. Let's get that espresso machine fixed !

The girl at the drive through window was very nice and very efficient
The only issue is the quality of what you're getting for what you pay. I got a large iced tea and the egg white omelet bites and they were just plain bad. I couldn't eat either of them.

I asked the girl who took my order for a cup of water for my toddler who likes to have her own cup. The girl surprised us instead with a fancy frozen drink and said she just wanted to do something special for us. Our day was totally made!

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The day shift girls are absolutely rude. I ordered a coffee and they charged me extra $2.00 for almond milk and still got it wrong , then when I asked for more the lady wanted to argue with me about it, didn’t even put my food I ordered in the bag. I already waited 15 mins I had to drive back and get the food and it was completely cold. Drove back again because I wanted hot food and they treated me absolutely horrible. I would rather drive the distance to another Dunkin’ Donuts then to ever go here. They need new management and workers. What happened to customer service ? I am a paying customer and why am I not provided hot food that is correct? Most of all why is someone arguing with me on how I would like my coffee. You are going to charge me basically $8 for a coffee and still get it wrong. This isn’t the first time this has happened

Lately they've been way off. Last few visits I've gotten tons of grounds in my coffee! Might have to find a better location, ugh. 🤮
