Just had a simple blood draw for lab test. I was bleeding profusely 1 min after they draw the blood and put a small bandage on . I went back and knocked on their door while I was bleeding all over. It took them 3 mins to open the door. Never go back again. I have blood draw every 2 months. Never happened to me!

Coming from somebody that's worked in the medical field, first responder, go to the urgent care or (hopefully not) ER instead. These guys don't care and they make it known. The pricing isn't bad and the sliding scale they do can help those who are financially tight, but even then the care is not worth it, and I wouldn't trust them to handle your health. These guys would not make it anywhere else. Bite the bullet and pay the extra 30 bucks at the Urgent care.

I'm not sure why the staff and doctors feel they can cancel appointments without talking to the patients first. This place is disgusting. I thought they finally found a good doctor for this place and come to find out this doctor is No better than the other ones here. Sorry Vista truly needs good medical care and good professionals. It sucks that the doctors don't care about their patients mental much less physical care. Doctors don't have compassion or a bed side manner anymore it's just about getting patients in and out as fast as possible.

Was going to switch from my current doctor to this clinic, got the worst doctor and worst experience I've ever had. The doctor assumed I was in the clinic for pain meds and didn't access anything else going on from my autoimmune disorders. She didn't even pronounce the type of arthritis correctly. The doctor I got was Christine Grassman, and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone, even if in dire need! The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful. It's sad when my 8 year old daughter asked me why the doctor treated me like a child. Now I know for next time. Don't go to her, save your time and humility.

I wish the other reviews were wrong, but it’s all true. Most of the staff is very uncaring and unhelpful even when you calmly explain that you’re desperate and don’t know what to do. They basically tell you I’m sorry Google it or call another medical professional, but not us we can’t help. The only person I’ve had a good experience with is Jamie Fitzpatrick but there’s no point to seeing her if it takes over a month to get an appointment even when it’s urgent and the ER doctor says you need to see a PCP asap. The scheduling staff tells me I can call every morning to try to get a walk in with her but I’ve tried for that two weeks before I had to go to the ER and half the time I finally talk to scheduling the person they then tell me my doctor is not even there today. As somebody with a diagnosed autoimmune disease and some other issues that needs a fair amount of regular appointments and tests to figure out, this is definitely not the facility to be at.

Heather Kinder is one of the best doctors you can possibly hope to see here, hands down! There is a reason why she's booked over a month in advance; she actually cares about you and your health. Just want to show some appreciation for a doctor who goes above and beyond for her patients.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I only went here because my husband has used them and they could get me in same day where my Dr couldn’t.The doctors are incompetent and have no bedside manner. They ordered wrong tests that of course I had to pay for, wouldn’t return phone calls or messages. They also told me they would send over orders for a CT scan and to wait for a phone call to schedule this. After 2 weeks and no phone call I found out they never sent the orders. Absolutely awful care. I will not be going back I recommend you stay away

I have been going here for years and never been so disrespected by my doctor as I was today. I will never refer this place to anyone again. I really wish someone would give me the information to reach Mrs. Grassman’s boss.
