My wife saw the Dr on 6/5 after hurting her foot while hiking. She had it X-rayed on 6/6.
The Dr posted her results(fracture) in the portal on 6/11.
My wife called the office on 6/12 and left a voicemail.
After not getting any response, she emailed the office on 6/19. She finally got a call back with the results and a referral to a specialist on 6/23.
12 days passed after the Dr had the results and before the office contacted us.
THAT is very poor service.

I work in Tucson and took time off to make my appointment this afternoon. Due to an accident on Grant Rd I was running late. I called ahead to let the office know and the person I spoke to said ok. I literally drove as fast as I can the 40 MILES to their office only to be turned away because of THREE MINUTES. I explained that I called ahead and I took time off work to make it. The receptionist went back and whispered to someone in the back after she took my ID and insurance card and then refused to see me. I’ve had horrible experiences with this office a multitude of times but there are no other docs in Green Valley so I’ felt stuck with these idiots. Not any more. I can’t believe they would treat a patient like that after an honest reason for being 10 minutes late. Don’t respond to his review with your typical “call our patient advocate” line because you know damn well no one cares. Go anywhere else but this office

They had one sour grape and she's gone now so the wine should be sweeter. I love the clinic Dr I've seen she listened to my needs and saved my life.

Complaints they've changed hours without notice, plus you can never get through a return call is not always on the horizon. I've been with this group now for 14/15 yrs and sad to say their just going down hill. I have a new Dr at another facility which I like. Still have to do business at the Campbell location 🥺
Add on....
These sites serve the surrounding communities. If you don't connect with a Dr. They will allow a Change. As I've said previously I've been with UHC for years I've had excellent NP and bad NP connections. On the most part I've had great experiences.

My experience with UCHC so far has been a vast improvement over the service we were previously receiving in our area.

Dr. Mahelik (sp?) is amazing. Grateful for her insight, gentle manner, and expertise.

Dr. Holden was likewise very helpful and knowledgeable. Although I no longer see her, she was very nice and professional the whole time, every time.

Dr. Carey- he has been great in helping us care for our SOS.

Only thing: currently out of meds needed for our SOS, scheduled the appointment off by a few days. Does the front office check that? Not sure how that happened but hard to keep levels up on meds when appointments are off. Going to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Still happy with our service and glad to have made the switch to this clinic in January.

My daughter went into your clinic yesterday to get her FLA signed by her PCM and got zero help. No she got a strep swab after she told them she didn’t have strep anymore. As a retired veteran of this country I’m ashamed of what our healthcare has become. Instead of helping my daughter you told her to make another appointment and proceeded to talk behind her back with the door open. Disgusting Dr. Shem. Don’t bother responding to this complaint because nobody picks up the advocate number. I’m paying you a visit and calling TRICARE.

I had a follow up appointment last month and given a data three months down the line for another one. I have not had my medication refilled for some reason and when I call nobody ever answers or returns any calls. I take pain medication and have not had any in over a week and still no calls have been returned. I have given up on ever being heard from them ever. They are so unprofessional and uncaring. They should realize that us patients pay their salaries. And after writing this review stating how they don't answer the phone or return any calls they want me to call another number to talk to someone. Talk about passing r h e buck. I having given up on treatment for my diabetes and tumors in my feet because not one person gives two cents about me or my well being.

I put in a request in July 2022 for a refund as soon as I received notice that my new medical insurance was approved and retroactive to June 1st, 2022. Since notifying UCHC, all I have received is poor communication, inconsistent excuses, and delays. The latest excuse in October was a new one. "The only person capable of processing my refund was on medical leave." That information would have been helpful and insightful to have been informed of months ago, don't you think UCHC? It is almost November, and a healthcare facility ready to serve seems to ignore my pleas and complaints because I still have not received my REFUND. What Doctor or Lab could a patient visit and tell them "treat me now but bill me later?" No payment No Service!!! NONE anywhere in the world. Finally, after ignoring 2 attempts by the Better Business Bureau and multiple phone calls, I finally received my money from the facility's CFO!!!! Pathetic, and they don't care about your money as much as the customer who worked and earned it their money to pay their bills. I'm glad their drama is resolved. It was more stressful because UCHC made it that way.

Very unorganized Medical facility. It was my first time being seen and most likely my last. The rating belong minus -1 for real. Like other said no one ever answers the phone. They send you a email saying you will receive a video conference call 15 link prior to visit. You think I got it nope. Had to drive down they even voice message says to not go to clinic. Had to only way of getting a hold of someone. i get there and they said they did not send me the link because I did not submit paperwork. Which was a lie. They magically found it and then sent me the link. The visit with the Pa was quick and felt rushed as well. She left not knowing what to expect next. Then they couldn’t figure out how to hit the SEND button to send prescription to pharmacy not once but twice. Who knows if I will ever get the prescription because they never sent it the first two times.Who the heck did they hire here? Very unprofessional and need to train their staff better
