I would like to say I really appreciate Atrell coming out Saturday night. He was so caring about me. He worked really hard at getting me back up and running so fast. I guess it was about 3:00 Am before he left. This company goes way out of the way to help me every time I need help. I will forever be grateful to all within the company.

No body cares about their job. No one knows how to set up the machine or even cares enough to explain how. Everyone seems less interested in making sure you have everything you need before you leave and makes everything as difficult as possible so that you don’t want to come back.

I went in to get a nebulizer mask for an adult. Unbeknownst to me, I was sold pediatric masks. When I returned, I explained that not only was I sold pediatric masks instead of adult masks, but the masks are not compatible with the nebulizer that we have. It was then that I was rudely told "No refunds!". No where on the receipt does it indicate that there are no refunds and I did not see any signage indicating such. I was then told that all of the masks sold are universal. I was told to bring the nebulizer and they would show me that the masks would fit. My question was "If I come back again with the nebulizer and you see that the masks are not compatible, will you give a refund?" I was again told "No refunds".

Now, I have unopened masks that cannot be used and am out of the $ that I paid for them. Due to the poor customer service and the lack of integrity, I would not recommend this business.
