Dr.Gurusayme is the best primary care Dr. I have ever had. She's so amazing, I never feel rushed and she always answers any questions or concerns. She doesn't miss a beat! The staff is wonderful as well and scheduling is easy! I am so lucky to have found their clinic!

I've been a patient here since early 2023. The front desk staff (Bonnie, Diane, & Melissa) are very friendly and upbeat. My provider, Dr. Doe, has helped me reduce medications, maintain proper nutrition while loosing weight, provided additional testing and referrals when requested.

Edit: I will be finding a new doctor. Although the patient relations person made a nice attempt… I was brushed off and told it was a miscommunication. I do NOT recommend Dr. Doe as a doctor that can be relied on for accurate information. He will tell you one thing in the office and then tell you something completely different once you call in.

I came in as a new patient for Dr. Doe. At our first appointment I was very clear that my need for a doctor was medication management. I gave him the names of both of my medications and was told “no problem” he was going to write the prescription for both but I only needed one at the time. So he said to call when I needed the 2nd one. A couple months later I call, in need of my 2nd one and he tells the nurse that he doesn’t prescribe the medications for this particular disorder. But yet a couple months ago, in person, he had absolutely no problem, but instead decided it was ok to leave me stranded with no medication.

Absolutely insane. Waited 8 MONTHS for an appointment just to have them cancel it on me 2 months before it's scheduled. Now I have to wait another YEAR if I want to see her. Absolutely horrible.

My primary care physician moved from her previous Banner hospital location to this new clinic while I was away. I needed a follow up appointment asap before I left town again. Working with their office she was able to get me in same day! Marissa Poole is one of the best primary care providers I have had. She listens to my concerns and is a great partner in my health journey!
