These replacements are all natural therapy. Pat is a board certified registered nurse who genuinely cares about her patients. She listens to patients concerns and puts them on the best therapy plan for hormone replacement or testosterone treatments. She is a very intelligent nurse ! Kim is the owner and is very welcoming to every patient who walks in there. She makes everyone feel at home. It’s a family atmosphere and you feel important when you are there. Was reading a Susan Somers book about staying young and ChatGPT gave me this office for hormone balance. I am 48. One of their Made-in-AZ trochees and my skin is no longer inflammed. *Update to my last review* I have been seeing Pat for my HTR/pellets for about 4 years now and I feel great! Pat is extremely knowledgeable and shares her wisdom so her patients understands. I always walk away knowing more than when I walked in. She's an excellent provider and I trust her judgment and take her advice. I also started the Semaglutide injections for weightloss, Pat helped me to find the right doages to take that works best for me and I'm seeing great results. A big thank you to Kim, she is also amazing, wherever I contact her she is quick to respond or she will give the message to Pat and then Pat contacts me back. I never ever have to wait days for a call back. Kim is always concerned and will to go out of her way to help you. Patients care is Kim's top priority! What a great experience I had at Bio Balance Medical. Pat was inventive to my concerns and spent time to answer all my questions. After a several weeks on pellets I feel great, stronger and have more energy. I tried other hormone replacement therapy but nothing compares to this! So glad I did it and will continue with it.
