My first visit. Exceptional, staff very friendly and polite. Dr. Singh very informative and helpful explained everything in a way I understood. Gave a lot of information and had it all printed out so I could reread at home.

My mother had an ultrasound apt. We walked in with masks on. As we waited for our apt the front desk lady proceeded to yell out that since we weren't vaccinated for covid that we needed to exchange our masks for better ones to protect the ultrasound tech. I got up and got the masks and we put them on as she requested. She did not ask anyone else to put on any different masks or yell at anyone else. There were many patients in the lobby. Felt discriminated and humiliated in front of everyone. The front staff needs some training in respecting the patients rights. We wouldn't come to any doctors office if we felt sick or had covid. Just disrespectful.

I have been a patient of SWK for many years. i am extremely happy with my Doctor and previous Doctors, but also the office staff, the phone support people are always helpful and get things done. My PA and the NP are wonderful. The facilities are clean and comfortable. An all around, well run operation.

Dr. Edward Park has been responsive in changing medications to controll my high blood pressure and how that would improve my kidney function. He answered all my questions and concerns, as well as scheduling tests to monitor my health. Both staff and doctor are great.

I had a 230pm Appiontment, arrived at 215pm. I finally questioned the front desk staff at 310pm what the delay was. At that time I was informed the doctor was running an 1 and 1/2 hours behind. I questioned why I wasn't called and informed prior to my appointment that I could arrive at a later time. I left my office 2 hours earlier for my appointment, using 2 hours of PTO to make up the hours. The office staff had no answer other than the canned customer service response. This office is POORLY managed. I advised the staff I had to be else where by 4pm. I was than told I would not be out by 4pm. I ended up leaving. SMH

Southwest has been my kidney place for 10+ years. Since the pandemic I have not been able to see my Dr there! So yesterday I call to make an appointment she asked the usual questions and then ask if I had my vaccine. No I have not Why? She says that I can not have a in person appointment with my Dr ? Her Supervisor has to ok it for me to see my Dr since I did not have has the Vaccine. I am ready to change my Kidney Care anyone have a Dr that still sees his patients?The law in Arizona says that is
discrimination.

Dr. Flick is a great dr. He is very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions without making me feel silly for asking. His MA is also very nice and helpful. Love their team.

Terrible service from the front staff, staff is just chatting away while patients are waiting. i have been here for almost an hr for a blood draw and no one before me. They just chatting it up away in the back. Would not recommend coming here.
