I can’t say enough about the women here. Kim and Jenny are so amazing with my little toddler I have to bring along to appointments they talk to her even play with her! I also can’t say enough about Jenny’s bed side manner to me that is everything and how I’m treated is everything! She sat down took the time to go into detail and talk to me like really talk to me like she cared I wasn’t a number to her, and I could tell that. I am constantly amazed at her knowledge and willingness to educate not only us as patients but her staff. Also the girls at the front desk idk how they do it they keep everything so organized! Thank you all for everything!!!! If I could give you 100 stars I would.

Jenny Shade is a phenomenal provider. She listens and actually cares for her patients. She will truly listen to your concerns and will do what she can to help you. Jenny is absolutely the best! She is amazing at what she does but the most important thing is she is compassionate about what she does. She goes above and beyond to further her education, skills, along with providing her patients with the best products. She will listen to what your goals are and come up with a plan so that you are happy with your results. Whether this is in your over all health with direct primary care, weight loss, botox, or one the many of services she provides! She is absolutely the best! I seen Jenny back in August, to hopefully get some help with my hormones. For years I’ve heard the same thing over and over again “your labs look great! Or everything was within normal range”. And over and over again I would beat myself up, “if everything looks great, then why I don’t I feel great?!” I felt like I was stuck and couldn’t get anyone to listen. At my appointment with Jenny, she rechecked my labs and for once I was told I wasn’t crazy! There’s a reason why I feel overly exhausted ALL the time. My hormones(while most were within “normal range”) they were on the lower end of normal and had plenty of room for improvement. And for once in 5+ years, I was told I could feel better and didn’t have live completely exhausted all the time, with the use of biological hormones! I have been on the regimen she prescribed for only 3 short weeks, and I already feel amazing! I come home from work and still have energy to function, and to spend time with my family, without feeling completely drained. I no longer have to force myself to do things that I WANT to do! My mood is better! My sleep is better! I don’t feel like I have brain fog all day everyday! I don’t have to force myself to “get through the day” anymore. And all it took was Jenny listening to me, and actually looking at my lab work and using that to optimize my hormones! I’m beyond happy with and grateful for Jenny’s help! 10/10 recommend Jennifer Shade for hormone therapy!
