A client of mine called me asking for help because she has been receiving bills from KRMC that are much more than she should be paying… We called together on a 3-way call, I politely asked if they could go over them with us to give my client some clarity. I’ve done this dozens of times with clients, but today’s experience was definitely a first!

I’ve never been treated so poorly over the phone. I couldn’t have been any nicer when I called, I was just asking for a brief breakdown of the charges so my client understands what she’s being billed for. The woman was rude, mean, and she insulted me with my client on the phone, saying, “Since your rep doesn’t know what he’s doing, you’ll need to call your insurance.” I couldn’t believe how nasty she was!

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but I’ll be sure to not send any of my clients there as new patients.

The worst place ever. Never call back. Can't get any answers to questions on the phone. Make you wait weeks/months for an appointment and then day before call to push your appointment 1 month further away, will not refill prescriptions without a visit. Dr creen is a quack just in it to just bill out your insurance for a quick buck. Do not go there or trust them. Garbage staff and shady practices.

I am so impressed with Dr. Scudiero. My husband went to Urgent Care for a respiratory issue and was told to follow up with his primary doctor. Dr. Scudiero is my husband's primary doctor and HE called my husband to schedule an appointment right away after the urgent care visit. When he was at the visit, the doctor spent 40 minutes with my husband going over his symptoms and medications he needs as well as referring him to a pulmonologist. I just can't say enough good things about this office and Dr. Scudiero. Truly extraordinary care. 6 stars.

Both my husband and I are patients here and love the Dr's, they take the time to listen to your concerns and address your issues with compassion. That being said... Definitely not impressed with the customer service from the girls who answer the phones. I'm a newer patient and from the very first phone call they are short with you and have an underlying tone of being annoyed that you've called. Remember the vision statement? Or is that only for hospital employees?

Went here three time's just for no answers. Put a bad taste in my mouth. Called to try again and was told have to see another doctor to get another referral. I paid $180 to be given the run around. I will not recommend anyone to go here as I just felt like a easy payday.

had to see the NP because they're so inundated with patients, I was put on meds I didn't need. waited 6 months for an appointment with my doctor, he was great, attentive and thorough, ordered a bunch of tests then left the practice, so first the NP has someone call to tell me your labs are normal (compared to what?)and we werent testing to see if I am normal, he was checking for something specific; then someone calls to tell me I have a very serious condition and her treatment is "keep doing your stretches" I didn't know about this until RIGHT NOW, what stretches? THIS IS NOT medical treatment, this is a hand off. Can't even get an appointment to renew meds until mid to late March, so I'm sure those are going to get all screwed up too. When I asked if there was another doctor available she told me no, hes not being replaced, call the resident clinic (thanks for nothing)

I have been with this clinic for a little over 2 years now and find that I get quality care from my doctor and his nurse. Most of the girls up front are quite friendly. It does take a little longer than I would like for my doctor to answer any questions/messages I leave though. It doesn't take any longer to get an appointment here than it does anywhere else. All in all I'm happier here than I've been at past clinics .

Firstly, if you need an appointment, good luck getting a hold of anyone who can schedule you as there is one person doing all of the scheduling. It took months of phone tag where some of my messages were returned but others were not to get an appointment scheduled.
I later received a voicemail that the provider I was to see was out for medical issues and they were cancelling my appointment with no reschedule. I called back immediately explaining that I have been trying to get in for months to see someone and received another appointment.
On the day of my appointment I arrived 10 minutes late because I am not from the area and got turned around. I then had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to get someone from the staff to check me in. I was then told that the doctor flat-out refused to see me because I was late. Staff tried to explain why I was late but the doctor did not care. While I get that the doctor is on a schedule, it is clear that my life isn’t as valuable as 10 minutes of the doctor’s day. This is definately not the type of doctor I want taking care of my health.
