*I usually don’t leave reviews but after reading others I wanted to share my experience for anyone like me who would be weary of choosing this clinic due to the negative reviews.* I showed up 2hrs before close and while I agree the young lady at the front wasn’t the nicest person she checked me in and wasn’t completely rude. I was seen in a fair and reasonable time as I saw everyone who was in there before me go before me and the ones who came after after. The young man who checked my vitals was so sweet and patient and made me feel more comfortable with the visit. The NP (R. Teeple) listened closely to all my concerns and did a thorough assessment; she showed genuine concern for my wellbeing and even told me how relieved she was when my X-rays came back with good news; she made me feel as though she really cared. I saw three other people during my visit (a young [pregnant for lack of better descriptors] woman who administered a shot and treatment, a man who did my X-rays, and the woman who checked me out; all of them were extremely friendly and polite and they all wished me a quick recovery. I also wanna add that I ended up finishing and leaving about 45 minutes after they closed and no one showed the slightest annoyance at me being there or having to be walked out the locked doors. >| So if you’re considering this urgent care facility I would highly recommend choosing them for their kindness and willingness to help (my symptoms started improving next day!) |<

Wanted to take a moment to share that NP Tony is a fantastic provider! I have been dealing with something for the past few days and was hesitant about getting checked out. When NP Tony came to the room for a consult he listened to my concerns and immediately broke down an action plan for me and asked: “Does this sound fair?” This is one of the few times in my life I felt so seen and understood by a provider! Thank you so much for caring for me and implementing a plan for my health that is working!

Had a very poor experience with this urgent care, I'm only speaking from personal experience and I can not speak for anyone else. But at my visit my wife brought my 3yr old son to the urgent care he was seen fairly quickly our insurance was accepted with it being only a 40$ deductible. The doctor then tested my son for CO-vid which was negative, she did not test for strept throat and went on to say my son was showing signs of appendicitis and he needed to be transferred to the near by hospital.
Long story made short 5hrs later an ultra sound, 500$ deductible and 5 dollar strep throat swab test revealed my son had.......... wait for it..... (strep throat)?... thank you KRMC for my 500$ sore throat bill..... I'm glad it wasn't anything serious but if the doctors at KRMC did there job I wouldn't be in even more debt ?

I normally leave a 5 star rating. I have used this medical service for 3 years now. My husband had been in for 12 stitches on 1 finger. 3 days later I called to ask about how to safely clean and rebandage. The lady at the front desk was extremely strong , short and rude. I had never encountered such a attitude at the care center. I am 75 and do not appreciate such an attitude !

I was seen at Urgent Care yesterday afternoon. The front desk staff could be more friendly and have better customer service skills. The wait time was alright. The Medical Assistant who did my vitals, she was very rude. When she called my name, she paid more attention to what was on the TV, and just pointed to the direction we were going to. She then proceed to say have a seat, and did my vitals, and then told me stand on the scale. She was not very pleasant and had very poor customer service. Over all the provider was very kind and was concerned about my health.

came in about a half hour before closing for a throat and tonsil issue, they tested me for strep and when my primary provider (rhonda teeple) came in she told me that the test came back negative so i nodded my head waiting for her to say something else and she just stared at me and said “you’re looking at me like you’re confused” with the worst attitude and tone. obviously i’m confused that why im here? she was very dismissive of everything i had to say and was only focusing on the fact that i said i had a sore throat and not the other concerns i had. i could tell i was being rushed out due to them closing soon. everyone else that seen me was very nice and professional besides rhonda. would not recommend to ANYONE. do better

Dr Michael DeBore ( sorry if I spelt that incorrectly) is seriously so amazing and I honestly with there were more like him! So kind so understanding and straight to the point. Medical assistance ladies are also kinda and awesome! Front desk on the other hand can work on being a little more kind and not so snappy. But was in and out fast.

I have gone to this urgent Care twice. Once with my pregnant daughter and once for myself. Each time I went the staff listened and took time to get to know why we were there and understood how worried we were. The doctors were just as great. They sat and let us tell them why we came and answered all our questions and concerns . I will be coming back to find a place where you feel comfortable with staff is a miracle. 100 percent would tell anyone to go here.
