Since having such a difficult time with my prescriptions with my Dr at Santa Rosa , I requested a Dr at the hualapai facility. I was told to get my blood test as normal thru my Dr at Santa Rosa and my new Dr would see it also. I had a follow up appt with my old Dr. I went to the appt only to be told it was cancelled because I had a appointment with my new Dr in Dec. This was in Oct !! Now neither Dr can or will give me my blood test results !! So I am forced to play with my meds to adjust them as my body reacts to the difference in milligrams. What is more important to these dr's The patient or the dollar sign. I am elderly , but not in a rush to have more stress !!

Can't get blood work unless you have a appointment seems to be more of a private facility. Sat over 25 minutes listening to two check in people gossiping before lab came out and said have to have appointment she could have drawn my blood work before them I sat down over 25 there not happy with this center need major improvements and two people don't need to be checking you in they have a guard there. I think this facility was a waste of money to build.not friendly

What an absolute joke!!! Waited over 3 months for an appointment to be told day of that they canceled my appointment but no one called me to tell me. They said the Dr I was supposed to see didn't accept my insurance. So I waited a few more weeks to finally see someone named Kim. She seems nice and listened. I told her however on top of my heart issues that are barley treated by the cardiologist that I need an ENT for my sinus and ear issues. She told no and gave me antibiotics instead. Well recently I was rushed to the ER here with a. Bp 256/155 heart rate of 111. After spending a few hours in the ER I was released and given instructions to pass on to Kim as well as my cardiologist. I got a phone call the next morning from the nurse at kims office requesting I come in for a check up on my BP and follow up on the ER visit. So I said ok they made my appointment for today at 1pm (11/22/23). I get into the parking lot when I get a phone call telling me I can't be seen because left for the day and they don't know who called and made the appointment. When I tried to explain it all the girl who called I believe she said her name was Jessica started taking a seriously snotty tone and was snapping at me telling me that their nurse who makes these appointments isn't even in this. So I asked her what nurse called me then she snapped back at me and told me she didn't know and said who did call you don't you remember... Nope I don't because I get a lot of calls from the many doctors I have to see who are treating me. I wish I had a well enough memory to remember every nurse and doctor who calls me about my declining health.KRMC is the worst and the low quality staff they hire is a joke. This town needs and deserves decent medical doctors and staff who actually care about their patients vs the money.
I hate traveling with my heart being so bad but I guess all of my doctors have to be in Phoenix.

I have a rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis in my neck the rheumatoid arthritis is everywhere else, what I don't like about the Rheumatology department is they change doctors every 3 months so every 3 months I get a different prescription of prednisone because some of the doctors in the Rheumatology Department don't like the prednisone well they're not the ones taking it I am and it works great for me but no they want to take me completely off of it and when they do that I have extreme pain I also take leflunomide which is a immune blocking medication also given to cancer patients. Since I posted this I have been removed from their patients list I can never go there again they will no longer treat me I have 30 days to find a NEW Doctor before my meds run out. But my primary care Droctor is now taking care of me so I don't have to frantically try and find another Doctor I can take my.time. Taking me off the list is the best thing that happened to me. I have found a Doctor who understands and listens to my concerns and acutely EXPLAINED my disease to me, no other Doctor has done that for me, plus he's not on a power trip forcing me to do something I don't want to do. Thank you KRMC for taking me off your patient list you did me a real favor. No I will not call anyone connected to KRMC about my post.

Finally all my Doctors including the lab under one roof. Extremely convenient for me as I'm disabled. Bonus, the coffee shop, ? yum. And everyone I encounter from coffee attendant to Dr's and everyone in between (the ones who make it all work) have been kind and helpful. Although as to be expected, we all have our bad days.

Drove from Bullhead for a shot, that they rescheduled. When I got there all computers were down. I have a great doctor. Too bad the receptionist caused the one star. She was hateful, snooty and acted like I was wasting her time. No apologies, just "it's not our fault the computers went down". She needs to be moved somewhere that the public isn't involved. Maybe the broom closet. A receptionist caused a one star. Wow. If she apologizes for her smug attitude I will change my opinion. Until then, there is no way.

Fixing to fire all my doctors. They no show appointments. Say they call but that's a lie too. Can't be bothered to call patient with their lung biopsy results. I'm done.
