I would like to give a better rating but without ever getting to see the doctor I can't. A 7 to 8 month wait to be seen as a new patient? KRMC needs another gasto doctor or two. That is ridiculous. Every primary care doctor I have seen since i moved here 4 years ago asks why I haven't seen the gastroenterolgist for my crohn's disease. The insurance deductible and out of pocket costs that won't be met due to absurdly long wait times is why. Last time I tried it was "only" a 5 month wait. So much for diligently trying to reduce wait times and expand cate to the community as the recent letter from them states.

Dr. might be great. However I may never know can't get past the receptionist. I have been trying for a month now to get them to make me an appointment. I feel like all I'm getting is a run around.

To the person who gave only one star. Learn the law and go get a medical power of attorney of the person you are trying to take care of.
Don't bash this amazing medical office, for you not doing your own research. HIPAA laws are very strict and they financial and legal liabilities are HUGE.
My Opinion:
Every single person in this facility has treated my entire family with genuine care and respect. Jordan has taken my calls and even laughed with me on several occasions. Jeremy Kaplan, M.D. may be a little bugged out by my contact lenses (I find it hilarious) He has also treated my mom, daughter and myself with complete care, compasion, and he actually takes his time to listen to every single detail needed to get our personal health care plan to exactly what we need it to be.
Personally thank them all for everything they do. Even when SOME people are just not as grateful.
Keep up the amazing work!

I will not recommend anyone to go here not because of the doctor's bad never got that far just an office person that doesn't know HIPAA laws that won't allow somebody to set an appointment for a disabled person that can't set her own appointment says the guardian has to set an appointment because of confidentiality because of HIPAA I think this guy is confused and if he's enforcing a rule that does not exist what other trouble will there be along the line dealing with this office no thank you
