I am grateful for NP Vitiello, she was very helpful and caring. I have tried making appointments for other places several times and could never get it accessed, however I made an appointment two days ago and got everything I needed handled today within a span of 30 minutes whereas I couldn’t even get an appointment with others. She cares for her patients very much and shows much concern for them. I highly recommend visiting if you need anything concerning your health. Thank you so much NP Vitiello.

7/9/24 & 7/26/24-The visit that is helping me to literally, save a life! Paula, Joanne, Claudia, Isabella, Sandy, and the whole staff are friendly, prompt and really show how much they want to take care of you. I was able to make an appointment as a NEW patient with one day’s notice, which is huge considering I am in my last steps of trying to get approved to be a Living Kidney Donor, so time is of the essence. Paula reviewed my MAYO clinic/hospital information and provided me with answers and a plan so we can get approved ASAP. The location is perfect, the office is beautiful and like I said, the staff is awesome. They were even able to help me with a very reasonable out of pocket cost because I have no insurance, so that was even more of a godsend, all the previous reviews are TRUE! Thank you all!!!

Office staff is friendly and efficient. Vitiello listened to everything I was needing help with and I got help for things other PCPs would not even listen to me about. She made excellent decisions towards my care that have helped me feel so much better. She's been a blessing!

On my very first appointment Dr. Vitiello was amazing. Explained everything started labs right away. I loved how the lab work was done in office. The lab technician was also great didn’t feel a thing when drawing blood.

So far it has been a great experience on my first two visits. Joann Vitiello really listens to you and she knows how to explain everything making it easy to understand what is going on with you. It’s refreshing. Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful. Hoping this continues throughout my visits and this becomes my permanent primary care.

Always such great care and attention to detail. Delivering consistent experiences through out the entire staff. They are accommodating with my crazy schedule without being condescending or giving the feeling of being annoyed. And I always feel welcomed and never rushed. Kudos to the whole team. When NP Joanne walked in to start our appointment she was pleasant, energetic, informative and kind. I loved her energy and positivity! Great work environment with her staff as well. We are going back for other great health treatments she offers!
