New to Family First as previously with Mark Priola for 4 years who was great. I'm definitely not one good with change and a creature of habit. I will say though I was seen by Mary Lee today and she was amazing and having a physician who listens and cares like she did made this transition so much easier. From top to bottom from check in to check out the entire staff was pleasant and caring. If you're needing a primary care team, I can say my first experience was great.

Reneallia is a great Dr. She’s always takes the time and listens. She’s great at getting referrals done. Little trouble with messages not on her end but office staff. Her new office is very nice and assistant is kind. Front office nice also. All in all I’d give it a 9 out of 10. I would recommend.

Everyone at Family 1st Primary Care were friendly and helpful. That goes a long way when it's your first time going to a new facility (just moved from Atlanta, GA). The only confusing part was the two suites. It says to show up at Suite A but in order to check in, you have to go to Suite B and then wait until they call you to Suite A. That's only a big deal the first time. My new doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable. I know I will be taken very good care of here.

The staff at Family First Primary Care are always friendly and helpful. They send out reminders, which I appreciate. At my most recent appointment, the person who took my blood was truly the BEST I have ever encountered, and the blood draw was absolutely pain free. My PA, Holly, is always thorough, and makes sure that I understand everything that we discuss. She is very compassionate, and I feel that she truly cares.

Today was my first time being seen by Holly Allred, FNP and I was very impressed by her. She didn't rush to get through the appointment, asked pertinent questions and overall really seemed to care about me as a human being. I highly recommend Holly and Family 1st Primary Care.

Missing Melissa Richey NP. There are other NPs who are wonderful too. My concern over this office is NP turn over and office mangr doesn't take patient concerns too seriously. Had seen John for a walk*in visit which was fine, except didn't know exactly what my diagnosis was so left office after appt with uncertainty, then when I called few days later explaining I knew what my symptoms were, asked to leave a mess for John and was told I needed to follow in office in which case was telemed appt few days later. I was confused since most offices will take message for providers or there MAs to address especially since I had just seen John PA and discussed in detail my symptoms, I really just needed a different med instead of one he prescribed. Telemed appt never happened cause they said they called me to collect $135 (self pay) and my $110 balance from a yr ago of which I hadn't rev*d a bill from them..... I'm sitting waiting in the Tel*Med appt only to be told they canceled cause I didn't pay my $135 of which I was unaware needed up front ...I.don't do telmed appts, since I was having some pain went along w the program. (The one phone mess from 830am left for me was delayed do to VM of which i didnt get till hours after the sched appt) This office charges more $$ per hour than other offices, John is not an NP nor an MD so I think they are charging more than perhaps they should?Frustrating experience for patient not feeling too well!
I don't agree with not being able to leave a mess directly for the provider especially when you just saw them in office. Unsure about their billing practices, if your going to collect from a patient last years bill you should be able to explain what it's for and why you have not sent a bill to collect the money. Seems like there follow thru is lacking in some areas and Im left with the impression they dont take patient concerns about things that need to be improved upon.
FYI I was quite surprised to find out that Urgent Care telemed appts (self pay) charges about 50% less than this office.

Wonderful family doctor! Receptionist is so caring and efficient —and, Mary “Beth” Lee is very thorough and pleasant. We recently moved from RI and feel very fortunate to have found a wonderful family doctor with a hometown feel!
