WOW! If you want to be given rude and unwanted comments the MALE NURSE their is in rare form tonight. I really am surprised he didn't blame my breathing issues on my weight and age.
The dr didn't offer a breathing treatment to help with my lungs and try to ease my issue.

Both times my kids went separately I was told on the phone they’d get a cash pay discount. This was due to no insurance, but did not inform me the discount is only if you can pay in 24hrs. How does that help obviously if I had it in 24hrs I would pay it then. So they said they would adjust my sons, but then contacted back and said it had to be paid within the next week to get the discount still not helpful. I talk to the girl over the phone in person when I took my daughter in and explained to her you never told me it had to be paid within 24 hours to get the discount, she just didn’t say anything so when they told me over the phone, they did not explain it had to be paid within 24 hours. They just said there’s a cash discount that does not help people with insurance and is very misleading and they’re telling lies.

I am a health care professional. My last visit here I felt racial discriminated against. As nurses we are aware of the on going opoid crisis. The care provider very disrespectful when asked about a cough medication. The homies mess up , with sipping on sipping syrup so no pharmacy is carrying that medication. As sick I was I did not catch the racial motivated comment; Now that feel better I have a negatively changed mind about the care staff there. This also helps me to be more aware of how I communicate with my patients regardless of the color of there skin. I do not call my friends, The homies!

I would never recommend this place. My husband and I had food poisoning. They did not fully exam us. They just gave us meds for vomiting and nothing else. No antibiotics or anything else. To treat this, to my husband end up being hospitalized due to them not caring for him properly. The doctor that seen me did not finish my exam and just went off what my husband was told. This place to do better and care better for there patients

Went for ear wax removal as could not get an appointment with PCP for more than a week. Lots of waiting to be seen by doctor, then nurse for wax removal. Wait for doctor to come back to check results. Then wait for discharge instructions. It took over an hour but better than waiting for appointment with PCP.

I am at a loss of words for what I experienced taking my 7 year old son here yesterday. I brought him in for a cough that was getting more aggressive and medicine not helping. The doctor was so combative and every answer I gave him to his question, he argued with me. He said it was definitely allergies, but we will take an x ray to make me feel better. X ray showed it was pneumonia and he still argued it. What has happened to healthcare? When did doctors lose their compassion for patients? So sad.
