I am a customer using a c-pap. When I went in the staff was very helpful and understanding. They know how to teach you all about the machine and how to use it. Very friendly employees and owner is always polite and accommodating. Highly recommend this business. If they don’t have it they will get it ordered for you. I can say they are extremely busy. Always answering the phones and assisting walk ins.

My family has used this business for years & I have highly recommend them. However over the past few months the customer service just isn't there anymore. We have been waiting a few months for them to get in a back brace that the Dr sent in a order for, they had to order it ( totally understand). I have called several times to check on it and they made me feel like I was bothering them for calling. I asked each time do you have a ETA on when it will come in? No we do not! Mind you the back brace is for my 78 year old Dad! Today I called for something else and same treatment, like I was bothering them. I won't be back nor will I recommend them to anyone or other businesses

I went here to get a new CPAP machine following a sleep study. The staff were very nice and personable. They were very thorough with explaining and fitting the headgear and mask. I am very pleased with the service and level of knowledge. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing medical supplies.

Absolutely terrible customer service. If i could give 0 stars, i would. I called 4 times today. 3 times i was hung up on and the 4th time i was placed on hold and was certain they had forgotten about me given how long i sat waiting. Before i was placed on hold, i informed them i just had one question that could be given a quick answer(given that they hung up on me the other 3 times i figured they just didn’t want to take the call) but i was very rudely told to hold on. When she finally got back on the phone she told me my insurance was accepted, only to find out when i got there(i live in Selma) that they didn’t accept my insurance. When i asked why i was told something different over the phone, she got an attitude and said “it wasn’t me you spoke to”. Go to at home medical, they are much nicer. I would have paid out of pocket at prohealth had they not been so vile.

Very poor customer service. We visited the store today in hopes of purchasing a lift chair. One sales lady on the floor helping another customer-understandably so-however there were 2 more ladies in the back office chatting and never acknowledged we were there! We never received a hello or anything and we were in the store approx 10 minutes. Not a good way to run a business!

Went in for a nebulizer per my insurance with a prescription, after going through the entire process I was told my insurance wouldn’t cover it through them. Would’ve been nice to be told that from the beginning

I was recently diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and chose this supplier based on the recommendation of a family member. I have really been suffering from Sleep Apnea for quite a while now and as a result, I have been reading up on it because I want to get better and to feel better. I went in with a list of masks by Resmed and Fisher & Paykel that I was interested in trying out or at least looking at, however, the salesman that was setting me up, Chris Dover, while appearing to be friendly, was not accommodating. When I came in, he had already picked out a mask that he wanted me to try and told me that it was the best one in the store. He was dismissive about the masks that I wanted to look at and would not show them to me, even though I was the paying customer. The mask that he had decided I was going to buy from the store was from a Chinese brand (3B), and I later found out that the company wasn't well known for it's quality. However, in the interest of not causing a scene, I bought it and within 4 days, the Velcro had lost it's strength and the mask would not stay connected to the head gear. Mr. Dover also told me that my doctor wanted me to have a full face mask, however, when I got home and looked at my prescription, the sleep doctor prescribed a nasal mask and there was no mention anywhere regarding a full face mask. I think this store had a mask that they needed to sell and thought that because I was new to this, that they could take advantage of me. When I went back in to return the mask, the woman who works in there was condescending and acted irritated when I said that the mask was of poor quality and was defective. I also saw on my receipt from my initial visit that the store charged me and my insurance company for 2 air filters for my CPAP, but after looking through all of my purchases, the filters were not in the bags that they gave me to take home. I will say that if you are someone who wants to play an active / proactive role in your health or the health of a loved one diagnosed with sleep apnea then I would not recommend this DME supplier. If you are someone who is willing to go along with whatever a salesman decides to pitch on any particular day, then you will feel satisfied with your service and treatment at this store. I will never return.

ProHealth Medical Supplies!! Here's to you, looking out for your community, and being all around amazing people! My friend spent all night, and morning not being able to breathe. After calling Dr's, and telling her they couldn't see her till February, knowing she couldn't breathe. After hours of worrying, she gets a phone call that they in fact have given her a prescription, and to just pick it up and head over to ProHealth Medical Supplies and pick up her breathing machine. A sigh of relief came over here. So we get there, and they in fact do not accept medicaid for adults. The amazing woman spent 20 minutes calling everywhere in Prattville and Montgomery, which she in no way had to do. Not understanding how someone could give a prescription that no one would fill, especially when she could die without this breathing machine she desperately needed! After 20-25 minutes of desperately trying to find a place to fill it, the owner comes out. What's the problem. Problem is explained to him, and needless to say she gets to go home, and is going to be able to breathe!!!!! I don't wanna put specifics, but God always puts those infront of you, that can help when he knows it's needed the most!!! When your faith in humanity is restored, and you know the universe has your back!! Good deeds do happen to Good people!! I am so thankful my friend got the help she needed, at the exact crucial moment it was needed!!!! Thank you prattville business owners for looking out for our community!!!
