Ronald Byrd is an amazing provider. He listens to our concerns and finds solutions. He is easy to talk to and is very efficient. Our whole family goes to him from my mother with Alzheimer's to my adult children and in laws. Its a family thing I guess you could say.Plus the wait time is the fastest I have ever seen from all my other doctors I have ever gone to. I don't think we have ever waited more than 10 mins in the waiting room as well as the exam room. The girls are awesome at the front desk always happy to help with a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend him.

As for a previous review stating that they had nothing but bad experiences from the office. We had an appt during the vacation as well and the girls called me to reschedule and said they were calling everyone to do so. They must have just missed that patient on accident. Accidents happen we are all human. The staff is ALWAYS nice and helpful. If your late you can't expect to have them wait on you if they had no others coming in right before lunch. That's not their fault. The only way someone in that office would be less than nice would be if they were being attacked by a patient especially if they were not responsible for the patient being late. This office is amazing and not what she made it out to be!

I have had nothing but troubles with Ron Byrd and his staff. Very unprofessional and rude. Tests get ordered without proper notes, my insurance refuses to pay. Ron Byrd refuses to make it right. I went to one of my scheduled appointments, they were closed. I called and talked to Ron Byrds daughter who worked in the office. She was so rude to me it was unbelievable. I told her I wanted Ron Byrd to call me. He called me shortly after that and said I was 10 minutes late so they went to lunch early. After talking to his daughter I told him that I did not appreciate his daughter being rude to me, he insisted on arguing with me then hung up the phone on me. Another appointment I had, that again was scheduled. I got there the doors were locked. I called the office number and the automated message said they were on vacation. His office never call to tell me this. This clinic is a joke. Save yourself the headaches and frustration, go else where. Your health care deserves medical professionals.

When I moved up here I was weary as I work in healthcare and wasn’t too optimistic about the providers available to me until I found Byrd. He listens, he gives me say in my care plan, he responds quickly, is kind caring and personable. I have never felt as comfortable with a provider as I have him, I have slowly been convincing my family to come to this practice. I truly appreciate Byrd medical center.
