I have been coming here for two years. At first I thought it was a great place. Now, going on healthcare provider #5 after just seeing #4 two months ago I am going through withdrawals because the one and only medication I am on that needs to be weened off of they will not okay a refill until I pay to see another one of their providers. I told the last provider I was good on that med for a couple of months. If I had known this I would have ask for it to be refilled....this medical practice shows that you need to be dishonest!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I am looking for a quality medical practice!!!

I have been going to FPS For 30 years now. So it's time to give an honest review in a very polite manner I hope all of those that work within the office read this. I started off seeing Dr Register. Sadly he was hit by a car and passed away. Review time. The front office has ALWAYS been a total wreck. Huge turn over, when you go to sign there's always an air of being aloof, served with a helping of a bad attitude. And we'll just leave it at that. The CNA'S Have been for the most part very friendly, keep it up girls! The Practitioners have also been pretty pleasant and approachable. 2 of my prior Practitioners were young but knowledgeable and wanting to actually help.. I want give them a huge thank you (Lisa,& Lauren) so back to the office now. FPS, you should have never moved your office. Your first office was primo. Centrally located, good parking and one didn't need to be a semi professional hiker to get into the building. The larger percentage of your patients are Seniors and it's a struggle to get to the front door. I'm not sure what's happening in the office now ,but they're running thru Practitioners like a wildfire.I doubt any of them even glance at your medical records before you get there. They are also closed on Fridays now and the patients have to find that out the hard way. Refills are not getting refilled @ times. Referrals are not getting done and there are appointments being made, that serve absolutely no purpose No one is on the same page there. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I for one am finally going to be in pursuit of a new office that's ran correctly. It's really a shame that this business just can't seem to get it together. Good luck FPS, I've given you 30 years and you won't be getting 31.

This place is the worst been waiting atleast 3 weeks for a tube feeder for my grandmas gtube to be oked by the doctor but hes so lazy or on vacation that my grandma has to suffer till he ever feels like doing his job.talked to everone their and barley even got food for her that they have to ok nothing but struggle and uncaring doctor.

Don’t do it ! Beware ☠️ started by primary care doctor Kelli Hamiltons office had taken our new patient payment of $218 at first visit then transferred her practice to lake Hasusu FPS Medical office she had discontinued practice not even 6 months before discontinuing her practice all together so another Nurse Practitioner stepped in to see my 16 year old granddaughter for an eczema break out We waited 2 hours after appointment time just to be seen . We literally closed the Doctors office was so late after being seen . Went to pay after appointment at receptionist we were a cash pay patient and were prepared to pay for visit she a simple steroid shot for eczema …( she Replied that we are good to go )and I told receptionist I had no insurance cash pay . And we’re prepared to pay the bill then next thing I know you’ve been asking me is responsible party grandpa they sent a bill for my 16 year old granddaughter for a doctors appointment oh my goodness what if I did not get this bill and it was going up Against her credit before she even started off in life very upsetting, so I immediately paid the bill and explain to the billing department, what happened and transpired at the appointment Well, that four months ago appointment Of course, I’m not in the same position I was when the appointment was done, and I was prepared to pay But the billing lady was so understanding and sorry that she didn’t even try to come to a resolution which would take care of the bill and meet me halfway considering everything I went through with the doctor that we initiated as our primary care doctor, and totally left the practice and then being a couple hours behind the appointment time is very frustrating and upsetting, and I would caution when considering establishing yourself with practice . And I did billing department know that way I was going to post a social media review because the incident was so upsetting and I don’t want the same thing to happen to someone else ….

They have always been very kind and nice, and even with the transition of new nurse practitioners they have been overboard, explaining everything. I think it’s your attitude when you go in that really needs to be checked At the door. If you go in, I need assistance then your day will go much better.

My family has been a patient of Christian Grandell for several years and I have never had a bad experience. The whole staff, Christian and Lauren have been wholeheartedly pleasant and very knowledgeable. They have always been easy to work with and very professional. I have several friends that are patients of Christian and Lauren and they have only positive experiences and satisfaction for the care at FPS. The new office move has been a great improvement. This family of professional care are the best and I've never had a problem with scheduling, referrals, and office visits.
Thank you Christian, Lauren, Michelle, Sharon, Katy and the rest of the staff ... you are the best.

Scheduled my 10-year-old to see a NP since it’s a Family Practice only to sit in an exam room for 30 minutes and be told the NP doesn’t see children. Makes zero sense. Why in the world did they schedule us with a provider that couldn’t be of any service (And of course they new my child is a pediatric patient because they had the date of birth and ran our insurance)

The front office is an absolute mess. They do not relay messages to each other, let alone doctors. Very unprofessional and when they get flustered, they become very immature and resort to yelling.
Definitely not worth coming in if you're elderly, they will run you around.
Typical red state medical office, the only thing that matters is your money.
