Wow - I was so nervous coming in today, but left feeling so uplifted and empowered. I really appreciated that no one - at any point - went about giving their two cents about what work needed done. The doctor really let me lead, and listened to what my goal and vision was, and stuck to those parameters. I know it’s a risk in a lot of beauty situations to have people point out “other things,” and honestly I was worried about that. I’m SO happy to report that didn’t happen, and instead I had the opposite experience: I felt seen, understood and supported. Plus she was so quick, it was over before I knew it, and as a person with a fear of needles I really love that.

I arrived 20 mins early for my appointment and Dr Edel kindly took me as soon as she could so I was hardly waiting at all.
I had a long chat with Dr Edel and she got a good picture of what I was looking for and what my concerns might be about the procedure. She put me totally at ease.
The procedure was carried out sympathetically and professionally.
Beautiful offices and lovely reception staff. I loved my experience in Sisu!

First time getting my lips done so I was nervous but couldn’t have been happier with the service at Sisu Belfast! The greeting and care at reception was lovely and Dr Edel put me right at ease. I wanted a natural look and got just that. Was surprised by how well it went and couldn’t recommend this clinic more 🙂

I had a fantastic first appointment at Sisu Belfast with Dr Edel. The customer service especially was 10/10, all the staff were so friendly and chatty (which really put me at ease). Also the cleanliness was a 10/10 and Dr Edel’s knowledge & professionality another 10/10. Highly recommended them & I will be back! Thanks again ☺️

Dr. Edel Shields is highly professional. Everything was explained in detail. Dr. Shields is friendly, so easy to chat to, and she also has a gentle manner.

The other members of staff are also friendly and welcoming. The clinic is spotless and easy to get to.
