IVF Fertility Clinic UK were absolutely fantastic. Dr. Tomas was very clear from the beginning and very professional, all staff in general is very good, very polite, positive and caring.
They help us from the beginning with everything and the best of it, we got pregnant straight away with the first transfer. We highly recommend IVF Fertility Clinic UK.

I had a great egg freezing experience at IVI and would recommend this clinic to anyone! The staff are kind, caring, responsive and answered my many many questions thoroughly. Dr. Galian and Irene truly went above and beyond. Also never had any issues with waiting and the facility was new and clean. Overall it was very smooth and would come back if I decide to do another round.

Thank you so much to all IVI London team, from Dr Galian to Sophie, Paloma, Grace, Irene, Dr. Thomas and all the anesthesia team for the attention, care, and kindness from day 1 during my first egg freezing treatment.
Everybody was very professional and patient, always happy to help and listen making all the process smoothly. I can believe that it´s already done, it went quicker than expected and I have had zero problems or pain.

I could not be more happy with the way I was treated by the team at IVI London. My doctor, Marina Diaz, is just fantastic. The nurses, Irene and Sophie, were also gems and did an amazing job in answering all of my queries and generally keeping an eye on me. Lastly, Stella who is responsible for bloods has been amazing and very supportive throughout my journey. There are a few other wonderful professionals and doctors I came across during my treatment at IVI.

The best things about the clinic:

- everything is done very fast and in an organised manner. No time wasted.

- knowledgable team with great statistics

On an occasion I found it hard to reach anyone on the phone, so this is something which may require some attention in the future I think.

Highly recommend IVI, we are just coming up to 24 weeks pregnant and as I look back I have nothing but fond memories of our journey with IVI. All the team are super friendly and helpful, no time or cycle was wasted which is highly appreciated when your journey has already taken time! I’d like to say a special thanks to Dr Tom Lukaszewski, an outstanding doctor & nurse Christine for making us feel so at ease with all the medication! A fabulous team! Our experience with IVI was excellent. Our doctor, Dr. Lukaszewski, was a huge support throughout our journey, and always there whenever we needed him. His ability to keep things calm and clear was a real blessing for us. We honestly can't recommend him enough!

The rest of the team at IVI was also fantastic. They were super friendly and helpful.

We're just over 7 weeks pregnant now and couldn't be more excited. We are v grateful to Dr. Lukaszewski and the IVI team for making this happen!

I had a great experience with IVI London. My doctor, Dr Tomasz Lukaszewski was very kind, understanding and supportive throughout my egg freezing journey. I was quite anxious, and he made the whole process so much easier and comfortable for me. His nurse Claudia was lovely and reassuring, and the whole team friendly and attentive. I was very happy with my treatment outcome, and I will soon be going back to Dr Tomasz for my second round of egg freezing. I highly recommend this clinic!
