This is my first time ever leaving a review but it has been months of an all around terrible experience. My PCP sent the first referral back in December. After no response for a month, she sent another one in January. They finally called a few weeks after that and scheduled me for end of February (over a month later). About a week before that appointment, they called to let me know Dr. Clark would not be in office that day and they rescheduled me for end of March (over a month later, again). I finally saw Dr. Clark, who was professional and pleasant. It was a 15 minute appointment where she recommended I get a turbinectomy. She told me that she was going on medical leave soon but had lots of openings in April so she encouraged me to give it some time to think about it and then call back to schedule. I paid my copay and was never told by Dr. Clark or the receptionist that there would be any additional costs. I then received a bill for over $300 with no explanation. I called the office to schedule the appointment and inquire about the cost but was told that Dr. Clark is not doing any new procedures until November. Leandra was nice but Joanna was quite rude on the phone. I tried explaining to her that I am moving out of the area in October but she cut me off repeatedly. I understand this is not their fault, but judging by the rudeness I get the sense they are tired of dealing with these situations and have lost their patience and phone etiquette. As a RN myself, I can understand things happen but am baffled how this office runs a business like this. I left a message with their supervisor and will update my review after speaking with her and with billing.

Adventist group was great! From my doctor who did my surgery to all the nurses and other doctors who were a part of my journey were all just wonderful! I had an excellent experience with sierra vista and the medical office!

This is an excellent office. Now that my care here has resumed I find that it was well worth the wait. It is abundantly clear that Dr. Arjul is a superb physician. After only one visit I am confident I will receive the best possible medical care

the doctor and staff were cold, abrupt, no eye contact. They did not answer my questions and also did not listen (talking over me, jumping to conclusions, etc.).

I've been having an on-going problem with my ear and called to make an appointment with Dr. Bhavishya Clark, MD. Despite the fact that I have a PPO plan allowing me to go directly to a specialist, the doctor refused to see me without a referral. As I'm traveling and my primary care doctor is in Washinton, it's impossible for me to get a referral and I will not be returning to Washington for nearly six months. The staff member assisting me effectively just told me that was just too bad because that was the requirement, and had no concern for the health issue I was having.

This clinic has been unsupportive and unresponsive to me for over 2 months now. I was released from the hospital after a 4 days stay and it took over 6 weeks to get additional care provided to me because of mishandled insurance and the fact that auth was requested, when it was not in fact needed through my insurance (and as verified by the auth letter I received). I have had to advocate for my own specialty care in other clinics when this clinic, more than once, confirmed they would provide referrals, to which they have not followed through on. I made multiple calls asking about updates to imaging results and it wasnt until I broke down in tears did the test results finally emerge (about 10 minutes after said call). The provider continuously dismisses me and says, "I dont know what to tell you" as recently as 10.11.2022 while on the phone begging for support and care. They do not seem to actively engage in patient-centered practices especially when it comes to folks with complex needs and chronic illnesses, which I understand comes with its own set of challenges, but does not excuse inadequate care. It's incredibly disheartening to not only feel unheard, but totally dismissed by providers who are supposed to be helping me.

In the past 18 months, I have had appointments cancelled and have had 2 different PA's leave the practice...which means no doctor visit for me. It's a good thing I feel healthy. But, I feel its time for me to leave tenant health care because it's clear they do not provide it. I feel like a source of money for them, not a patient.
