Completed a 30 day in-patient program and 30 day sober living through the VRC. I was very satisfied with the programs, staff and facilities. Harmony house is a beautiful facility and I was very comfortable. The sessions were very helpful and gave me the tools for recovery. I had my very first massage and acupuncture sessions while living there and I enjoyed our outings provided by the staff. The meals were wonderful and I was treated like a guest, not a patient. You cannot go wrong here. I was previously in residential treatment in another facility and there was absolutely no comparison.

I worked with Nelson while we were trying to get my son into harmony place. He was so knowledgeable, caring, professional, and most of all supportive while dealing with the process of the insurance part. He checked up on my son and I almost everyday and offered his support as much as he could over the phone. Without him we would have been lost figuring out everything. Meeting the staff also put my husband and I at ease knowing our son was in good hands. I can't wait to see how much our son will grow in this program.

Harmony East is exactly what I needed, the structure and the rules are exactly what addicts and alcoholics need, we didn’t get to Harmony East because our lives were manageable

The staff were helpful, polite and caring. My counselor was amazing in that she listened and guided me to my middle ground. The atmosphere is calm, bright and welcoming. Nutrition in food , snacks and drinks were always available with a very high standard. My take away was the transformation I saw in myself leaving Harmony Place, VS how I came in. I recently completed a detox program at Harmony Place, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported by the compassionate staff. Harmony Place is incredible! They attended to all my needs, and the therapy sessions were extremely beneficial. I was there for 54 days and noticed a change in my mental health. The home I stayed in was immaculate, and the housekeeper, Lupita, kept everything extremely clean. The Director of Nursing, Sara, runs an amazing program focusing on a holistic approach to supplement the 12-step-based program instilled here.

Harmony Place is something special. I even heard from many others that it is just different in a great way compared to other locations. The staff (e.g. techs, therapists, nurses) all do a wonderful job and truly care. Not only during your journey there, but work to continue to help you afterwards. Many of which have been in your shoes and know your struggles/pain/pleas. This place feels like a home in many ways and the connections you make with others here, staff included, make it difficult to leave when your discharge comes. I received more support than imaginable. They not only make sure you follow the steps/therapies/etc. to succeed, but also listen to those who are there for help. In order to make the place feel more inviting, fun, and less stressful. If you’ve been to rehab(s) before or considering going for the first time…trust me when I say this is the best place you could ask to be for the help you’re looking for.
