Being at OPI has been a life-changing experience for our son and our family. Every staff member on the care Team we have interacted with has been incredibly professional, communicative, caring, and compassionate. The program is very thoughtfully structured and the results are astounding. We would have no reservations in recommending OPI very highly and are so grateful we found this amazing resource.

OPI was truly a blessing for our daughter and our family unit. The embark intake, admissions staff, and nursing/psych medication management very organized.
Paul helped me navigate the program, provided insurance updates and contributed to the disposition plan.
Emily was the perfect match as a therapist for our daughter, she was attentive, kind, compassionate and was able to connect and challenge her. She navigated family therapy with skill and very useful insight.
The client to team member ratio was phenomenal. The 24/7 RA support to be life coaches fostering independence invaluable.
They worked hard Monday-Friday but made holidays and weekend about fun with excursions providing balance.
My daughter now has the tools to continue working on her mental health and ongoing independence as she enters young adulthood.

Fantastic Treatment Center! The best! My son was in other treatment centers before OPI and it is crystal clear that OPI provides the best possible treatment, head and shoulders above the others. The OPI team works closely together. They kept me informed on almost a daily basis. They have lots of activities and therapy sessions for the clients (Getty Museum, Beach, etc.). The home itself is bright and stimulating. The staff is wonderful and the therapists are fantastic. They are an answer to prayer. They seemed like a team of angels sent to help my son in his time of need. I thank God for them and their dedication to helping their clients.

Truly a life altering experience, with plenty of good memories. However one special person made the entire experience 100 times more enjoyable. That person was Corey the chef. He made amazing food and made the environment a lot more inviting. Its been months since I left OPI short-term, and I still think about the memories made with Corey, the amazing eats, and all the time spent with him. I can't say enough good things about this place. My son is a changed person!!!! He has been mentally challenged for 12 years and has been in depression ever since. He told me that he did not know how happiness feel for a long time and I finally saw one big happy genuine smile from the picture he sent me two days ago. My son finally feels happy!!! The program is well designed, the therapist is well trained, well prepared and most importantly they are willing to spend the time to know the client well which is the key to success in treatment. When my son first came, he could barely speak a sentence. after 84 days, he is a changed person. Not only he speaks a lot, he is cracking jokes left and right. Highly highly recommend this place. They also teach them life skills that are very helpful for them.

I had never been in any sort of treatment before coming to OPI, and I have to say that it was the most positive, life changing experience. Not only are all the staff really involved and want to see you get better, I found myself making connections with all the staff and forming relationships where I could turn to them for any type of support,
Residential staff and clinical staff combined. It was so nice to be able to go on outings every weekend. The outings really made the weekends so fun, and was a great bonding experience for all of us participants. Overall, I loved being at OPI, and I really felt that I gained so much all around, between DBT/CBT skills, to general life skills that will really help me in the next steps leaving OPI.

We were very satisfied with the treatment of our son and the outcome, I was very nervous at the beginning, but you can tell right away these people care for your loved one and you can feel confident that They are looking out for them, the family therapy was very helpful and we were aware of everything that was going on with our loved one, I would completely recommend this place for the treatment of your loved one

We spent a lot of time researching the place that was going to treat our child’s mental health issues and we were terrified to send her across the country to do it. From day 1 meeting with the Director of OPI and talking about our current situation and if our child would be a good fit for the program, to meeting the program director, and the therapist working with our child, we could not be more thrilled with the process, the transparency and the help and guidance our child received. We can say with confidence that she came through the program prepared for next steps and in a much better place. OPI also recognized the challenges our child could present and instead of turning her away when times were tough, they stuck with her, provided us both guidance and patience and we are all so much better for it. They are helped her transition to next steps and helped prepare her for the rest of her journey. This was absolutely the right choice because they truly care about helping you/your child.
