Very friendly staff and overall a really positive experience at Jackson house. Would highly recommend if you are in need of assistance for anything related to mental health and or medication management. Many different resources available and will continue to use the skills learned here outside of the facility. Thank you to the staff and Angelica especially for challenging me through out my time here.

Jackson house was helpful to my recovery. They take care of you the best they can. Not everyone’s situation is the same but they try to accommodate for everyone’s needs. They try and keep everyone business confidential and protected. I love the nurses here plus the MHT’s and counselor team are super helpful.

I met some very beautiful people in Santa Paula, in this program known as the Jackson House. My experience here was amazing. The staff was very kind and respectful. The time and energy they put into helping individuals to overcome obstacles and how to positively handle challenges we face in life is greatly appreciated. To me they are more than workers. They are angels in disguise. People that are beautiful on the inside and out that give positive vibes and energy. They help motivate people to never give up, showing that they truly care about our well-being, which is a great feeling to experience. That is more precious than a diamond or a pearl of this world. That is a blessing within itself to be among people that are gifted to inspire others and to uplift others in trouble times. I would like to thank the staff here at Jackson House for allowing me to have the opportunity to be apart of something wonderful. Always continue to give hope and be a blessing to others. Before coming here I was really against it but after being here for quite a while I grew custom to the schedule and people. I came here with a dark headspace now I look outside and see so much color. The staff here are very nice and very comfortable and I feel like it's easy to talk to them here! I learned great skills and got used to a new schedule that better my health and mental health. I made great friends and met wonderful people!

This whole experience I was very hesitant on and nervous upon arrival. However this program truly did save my life. Upon arrival Denise handle me at check in and immediately I was at ease and the process was very easy to get established in the program. I Truly want to thank the entire staff Cynthia,Enzo,Carissa,Marissa, Denise,shy as well as the nurses Gabe and Crystal and the director Nicole. I truly feel like I can leave here with a solid foundation to handle my sobriety and feel confident about my future with everything I have learned. This place can truly be a game changer if you take it serious for those who are at crossroads and struggling with addiction. I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

I have always had a good experience here. The staff here is amazing. They are all compassionate and genuinely care. Nicole, the program Director does a fantastic job with making the groups fun and engaging. The counselors are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Marissa was my specific counselor. She is incredibly patient, understanding and kind. She is empathetic and supportive and I am so grateful to have had her as my counselor. Angelica is another counselor who I've had the pleasure of getting to know. She is kind and caring and is incredibly knowledgeable about music therapy. Thomas is the third counselor who I've gotten to know in my stay. He does exceptionally well in his groups and will do very well here.
Nancy is the front desk person who handles the insurance portion of the program. She is incredible at her job. Carissa, the discharge planner has transitioned into her role incredibly well and does a fantastic job at making sure each client has a place to transition to. She has a wealth of resources to draw from. I am extremely grateful to have been here. I tried my best to get the most out of the program and it has paid off.
I personally just want to give a huge shoutout to all the MHTs that helped and supported me throughout my journey at Jackson House. And a special thanks to Nicole who works so hard to run the program, and hires incredibly gifted individuals that make Jackson House the safe and supportive place it is. All around I have had a very positive experience at Jackson House and would highly recommend it to anyone who is in a crisis. To all of the staff at Jackson House... thank you from the very bottom of my heart. 💜💜💜💜

This was my second time coming to the Jackson House program, and I would never go anywhere else. Yes it is a short program but honestly I got more out of this 21 day experience than I have gotten in a 9 month outpatient program. Every single staff member treated me with respect and made me feel so at home. It was my first time ever to be away from my family for Thanksgiving but I really never had time to feel down about it because everyone client and staff member just made it so comfortable for all of us that not just me. If I ever need more help or just a refresh period for my mind I will definitely come back to the Jackson House. A special thanks to Carissa the discharge planner for all her help in guiding me with plans. MHT, Enzo, Shy, Cynthia, Denise, Julissa, Lesly, Angie, and Jess. Every single one of them made me feel at home and important. Nurses Krystal and Gabe thank you for helping me with my medications and your time whenever I needed help. All the staff members went beyond what they needed to help me in my road to recovery. And a Very special Thank you to my counselor Marissa, she really helped me with whatever I needed help with in order to stay sober, something no one has ever done. I will recommend the Jackson House to anyone that needs help with mental health and or substance abuse . Hands down .

The entire staff was very accommodating in getting my medications prescribed efficiently and with accuracy and the clinicians held very informative and helpful sessions with clients. The discharge staff Carissa was very thorough in helping me throughout the entire process and my counselor Marissa was very helpful as well in helping me pinpoint behavior modifications for my well being. The nursing staff was thorough in administering my medications in a timely manner
