My fiance and I have been working with Sonya since February 2024, and I truly believe she has helped us hold our relationship together during some of the hardest times we’ve faced. Relationships are hard, and therapy isn’t always easy either. We’ve had some really tough sessions, and Sonya has guided us through all of it with patience, empathy, and deep understanding.

She doesn’t offer quick fixes or surface-level advice. She helps us do the real, sometimes uncomfortable work that relationships take. Because of her, we’ve been able to communicate more honestly, understand each other more fully, and rebuild trust when things felt shaky. I’m so grateful for her support, and I honestly don’t know where we’d be without her. Truly.

Terrible experience with therapist "Simran." The care I received was abysmal. I have PTSD and she made me feel worse and dismissed my trauma. She even called my thyroid biopsy an "autopsy" multiple times. Talk about morbid and wrong. That really stuck with me. I want my money back. Back to square one it is, this isn't the first time.

My daughter needed to see a therapist she was having some very dark thoughts. I spent almost 6 hours on the phone trying to get her in to see someone and no one was willing to help. Within minuets of calling and speaking with Sonya we were all set for her. She has made the experience easy and gave us peace of mind. She has a gift and is one of the easiest people to talk to for myself and my daughter especially.

Terrible experience. I have been going to this therapist Taylor Mayeda 2x a week for about 6 months with no improvement. I will talk for 45 minutes and she doesn't say a single thing. I got frustrated and hung up the call and then she called the police on me. I didn't threaten to harm myself or anyone else and have no idea why the police were called. This is not proper etiquette. You can call an ambulance or other mental health services IF needed, but I was not a threat to myself or anyone else!! Police showed up to my door and put their foot in my front door so I couldn't close it. It was not a friendly visit and it triggered me. Taylor has only done more damage to me. And Sonya Cha who wanted to take over my case is also unable to connect with her patients. Absolutely monotone and just asking questions off of the DSM worksheet. I would go to therapy anywhere else. This is just a waste of time and energy.

Honestly, seeking professional help with a therapist was probably one of the best decisions I have made in my life thus far, and this is not an exaggeration. I had been thinking about looking for a therapist for months, as I was suffering from multiple panic attacks on a pretty regular basis. I'm so glad that I found my therapist, Sonya. I will forever be grateful that I decided to come here to this center. I attended sessions weekly and I improved so much in a relatively short amount of time (in my opinion). My anxiety was taking control of my life to the point where I struggled just to get through the end of the day. After 3 months of therapy, I feel so much better. My anxiety no longer is in control of my life and my depression has subsided. I haven't felt this great in years (or ever that I can remember) and I know I couldn't have done it without the help of my wonderful therapist, Sonya. I appreciate her patience and understanding. She is a very kind, caring, and trustworthy person.
I would recommend therapy to anyone who is hesitant. Trust me, it is worth it! Don't let the negative stigma around depression, anxiety, etc keep you from seeking the help you need! Mental health is really important, please take care of yourselves! 🙂
