Shira is great. Regardless of how intense the experience is, it's a healing one. She has a way of nudging one's consciousness to tap into it's body, particularly areas of tension or pain, and learning from it. The sustained acknowledgement of what's often a lack of care and focus or even awareness of bottled up tension and pain is healing in itself.
