Your company contacted me to schedule an appoitment to pickup my CPAP equipment at your Coos Bay, OR Office & I was told I would be meeting with Bob & Joey. Bob presented me with paperwork to sign that had another client's name on it. Bob repeatedly told me that there were issues he needed help with in fulfilling my order and that he was waiting for Joey to get off the phone, but made no attempt to make Joey aware. I finally went to Joey's desk and said that we could use some help. The paperwork issue was resolved and Joey added that my mask was not available. I asked why an appointment was scheduled for me to pick up my equipment if it wasn't available. Joey's response was, "I don"t make the appointments." Now I wait for the completion of my order to be mailed to me. What a haphazard way to conduct business! I'm glad I didn't make the 1 hour drive strictly for this appointment and had other business to take care of!
Update: Received new mask 4/3/25. It is the wrong mask. Called & spoke to Tammy & Ali. Correct mask will be mailed & I need to make appt at Florence Clinic to drop off wrong mask. Appt made for 4/17/25. Today is 4/15/25 and I haven't received correct mask. Called & asked about not receiving mask in mail. Now I'm told that mask was not mailed - that I will receive it at 4/27/25 appointment. What a circus! Not entertained by the clowns.

The staff is always pleasant and very professional. I've felt/feel comfortable with every step they have provided. If you have trouble sleeping I highly recommend scheduling an appointment. The Brookings office has helped me sleep again.
