I just wanted to share my thoughts on my experience with Kandi. She is incredibly personable and always makes me feel welcome in her office. I especially appreciate that she is consistently on time for appointments, which makes the whole experience even better. I genuinely look forward to my next visit!

Thank you for the care you provide!

Multiple receptionists dead named me, and the practice is in general very slow to respond to phone calls or emails. Gamerdinger herself is very sweet, but the rest of the staff surrounding her leave much to be desired

Fit health care use to be great office. When I first started in this practice Kandi was amazing.. attentive and caring towards her patients . I was with her nearly 3 years. I became sick and started a cancer journey about a year ago. Many appointments had to be rescheduled due to treatments or me just forgetting . I see many Drs and sometimes things slip your mind . Especially when you have so many appointments. Missed appointments I completely understand are not tolerated . But I was told I rescheduled to many times

The lack of empathy was definitely there . Appointments had to be rescheduled because I was I'll from the evasive chemotherapy I was receiving.. but to Kandi it didn't matter . She was never on board with any of the cancer Drs I was seeing so she didn't have a clue what was going on . So I was dropped from her practice. I tried to reach out and explain to her why and what was happening. She never responded.

I did notice that her whole Demeanor changed when my insurance went from self pay to state issued .

I hope whomever does find fit healthcare to be their primary care Dr has a better experience then I have

Thankfully I found a more caring primary care Dr at be well family care in Tempe . Dr Simon asked more questions in 10 mins then Kandi has ever asked in 3 years

I've been going to Kandi for over a year now. I love her office and her staff. They're always so friendly and welcoming. She's very supportive to the LGBTQ+ community and I feel welcomed and my identity is respected by her entire office. She's always very informative and thorough during my visits. She works with you and wants to give the best care she can give. I always leave her office feeling good, like she worked through all my questions or things about my health care. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good doctor who cares about their entire well being when you're in their office.

I've had FIT Clinic as a PCP before and was very happy with their office, staff and service. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently made another visit to check out their new office (as well as get a check up) and am even happier with the new location. Cameron is an awesome addition to the office. I felt very comfortable with asking him questions after he explained to me tests and treatments. He speaks to you like you are a person and just having a casual conversation, yet stresses the importance of medical treatments. I am really hoping they take my new insurance as I want to continue going there for future medical needs.

Kandi is absolutely the perfect PCP. She is professional, kind, and truly cares about her patients. Even the front of staff like Gris is truly amazing. Great doctor and great staff. Highly recommended.

I've always been treated well by everyone at the clinic. Kandi is the best and Cameron was very helpful at a stressful time for me. I highly recommend Kandi. She cares, she calls, she follows up and she knows what she's doing. I left primary care at Mayo Clinic and feel way better here.

My husband has been going here a few years, because he really has enjoyed working with Kandi; however, over the past couple of years, it’s been very hard to continue to use their services, as the man that answers the phone and works the front desk, Cameron, is awful to us. We have never had an experience that was seamless, due to his lack of empathy or kindness. Our most recent encounter with him, making an appointment this week, is what finally pushed us to make the decision to stop using this clinic; it truly feels like Cameron goes out of his way to make things more difficult than they need to be. I’ve gone to appointments with my husband and heard him joking about how he’s known as “the mean one” and when my husband mentioned to Kandi that he is uncomfortable coming there any longer, because of the way he gets treated by Cameron, she gave him her direct email, and stated that she has had a lot of complaints on how he treats her patients. If this is the case, I truly cannot understand why he is still there. To add to that, each time we have to call to make an appointment, he acts like we have severely inconvenienced him. They really are cost effective, especially if you’re paying out of pocket rather than using insurance, but it’s literally worth it to pay more elsewhere than having to deal with him any longer.
