I have been going to Dr. O & Dr. B for years now and I absolutely love these two Doctors. They’re very knowledgeable and very thorough when needing them for any medical issues I may be going through. I definitely recommend both Doctors at this location Access 2 Care.

The doctor was very nice but the front desk staff did not know how to run my insurance even after waiting for 20 minutes for them to verify it. They kept saying they're in network but want to charge me full price no matter what. In the end they told me they'll charge it as a wellness exam but I'm not allowed to ask the doctor anything or they'll charge me full price still. I spent over an hour here just to spend 5 minutes with the doctor unable to address my concerns and very likely will still get a bill for over a hundred dollars for this as i don't trust they will bill my insurance correctly. Unless you're desperate or have no insurance just go somewhere else!

On 6/6/24 my son in law and daughter went in this place for the first time , my son in law needed to be seen he has discovered recently that he is diabetic and wanted a complete check up , they were waiting to be seen over 30 minutes a lady named "Rita" called my son in law to the counter and told him they are refusing service , he asked why , " Rita" told him because he is not allowed for him abusing pills , 20 years ago ! Mind you my son in law is only 32 ..so how could my son in law be abusing pills ? My son in law got irate and tried to explain that that was incorrect ..they flat out refused to see him , he was really looking forward to the visit because he has been struggling with blurred vision , Rita was very unprofessional and to be accusing my son in law of abusing pills at 12 years of age is ridiculous..Rita then told him it was cause of his association with his step mom who they had banned! What kind of place operates like this ...you should be ashamed of yourself Rita ..and if my son in law was abusing pills at 12 years of age what kind of clinic gives Percocets to a 12 year old then 20 years later refuses services ? There corporate office will be hearing about Rita and this clinic ..

Rude staff and don't know how to do there jobs. Tried to charge me over 120 dallors for a dr visit when my insurance cover it at 35 dallors said it dis take my insurance they are scamming people out of money do not go

Warning even the outside of this doctor's office it looks like Dracula's castle the stench in the medical office is beyond a nightmare even the room where the doctor sees his patient the floors are nasty full of dust dirt one nasty dirty place be careful never in my lifetime have I ever seen a Mexican receptionist tell the doctor what to do shame shame all them women running around there smelling that stitch not one of them have common decency to pick up a broom or even try to clean that place it needs to be knocked down to the ground there's a difference between trash and garbage you will only get garbage here and you will smell it and see it nasty dirty filthy

Revised review February 2024. These doctors have provided impeccable service since I’ve been a patient at their practice. There were some scheduling difficulties in the beginning, but it looks like they’ve worked out the kinks. Dr. Bratcher is understanding, kind, and takes time with his patients. Thank you!

I LOVE Dr.Onisile and Dr. Bratcher. I have been going to this Dr office for over 20 years. They are the BEST, always pleasant, professional, and down right AWESOME.
When my daughter was pregnant with her first child Dr. O was her Dr. that's how I met him. One day I went to my daughters check up with her, I was sick and somewhat miserable. I had no money, no Dr. and no medicine. Without asking Dr.O prescribed some medicine for me.
I guess it showed. Now that my friends is the definition of a doctor, And a dam GOOD ONE too I've been a fan ever since.

It bugs me that 0 stars isn’t an option. First I couldn’t fine the office, I called for help and Rita is literally NO HELP its south of camelback and north of Indian school Duhh your address says that. Didnt give anymore help on how to get there so I had to cancel the appointment. To which she responded okay bye. Very rude and unprofessional. All I needed was directions on how to arrive. From seeing other reviews it seems to me like Rita is a big problem at your establishment. Ridiculous.
