We got skipped. Keep checking your name. I dont trust them anymore.
Don't reccomend being early. Was waiting at the door for them to open from lunch at 1pm. Had an appointment at 1pm. 4 people waiting for them with us. 1:30 they say we have one person in front of us.
Why are we double booking? Turns out. They SKIPPED US. Crossed out our name like a ghost went for us. Which is EVEN WORSE. My poor child. So freaking rude. They should be sorry. And we NEEDED this appointment after coming off cancellation so we can't leave. And wasn't till I started asking questions and pacing they ask to reschedule. It's so late for that when I've waited a whole appointment time for an appointment we NEEDED. No communication for my inconvenience. They told us we were skipped AFTER I was asking questions. Where was the professionalism while i had a young child waiting Hours now for a needed appointment. Im very livid today with their service. And nothing to rectify.
Seems really inconsiderate to have patients waiting SO Long. KIDS MIND YOU.
AND I waited But got rushed out because we missed our time thanks to the lady who skipped us. Keep checking your name.

I came in and instead of being greeted I was rudely ignored. I am a former patient of Tony's so I asked if my medical records were transferred and again the rudeness and unprofessional attitude. I ended up walking out! I miss Family's First! I wont be going back! Don't recommend this place!

Horrible place for health care . They refuse to log into portals and handle simple requests , which made me have to mail written requests from the state and other doctors offices , they are not available on weekends and have left me hanging with unresolved issues through the weekend . The np ignores my issues and does not follow through with er directives to have me seen by specialists. Don't go here if you have any urgent needs or require real medical attending Drs ..

I have been a patient here for over two years and have not had this problem until recently. I have called three times between 10:45 AM and 3:30 PM for an old doctor's note to be emailed to me. The front desk lady, Erica, has told me twice that she would send it in a couple of minutes, but hours go by and no email. I called again at 3:00 PM and spoke to someone else, explaining that I needed it ASAP. She said she would let Erica know, as she is the one who has to send it to me. It's been over 30 minutes, and I still have not received the email.

Did a pre-op EKG for a friend’s eye surgery. Noticed a small problem, but told her she still go ahead. Checked in with the Surgery Center day before appt & was told her surgery was Cancelled!!!! Because Achieve had sent the test results. Turns out the surgery center wants a Cardiologist to ok

Upon telling the doctor I had diagnosis via DNA test of a disability she told me she didn't believe me, accused me of trying to get drugs from her, accused me of trying to "use her to get the government to send me money" and assigned me an obscene amount of bloodwork to find out "what's really wrong with me". Will never be returning.

This clinic has improved a lot since the new STAFF have started. I get a warm welcome from the two nice ladies at the front. Also the back office lady is amazing , genuinely listens to me and is very attentive. The Nurse Practitioner is also very nice and cares about my health. Would highly recommend this Family Clinic.

I have called to have my vaccinations records mailed to me 6 times. First, they say they can email them to me within two hours of when i called. Nothing. When i called back, I was told the person who answered had gone home for the day and to call back the next day. The next time I called, I was told they actually can’t send it by email and it can take up to two weeks for me to get them in the mail. Well, it’s been months. You would think sending patients, current or previous, their immunization records is important, especially during a pandemic. I’m sick of calling and reminding them to do their jobs and help people. This wouldn't have happened if Dr. Gerbich was still working there.
