Worst experience with a doctor's office. Doc leaves door open during my visit, which breaks confidentiality. Then on another visit the front desk receptionist chose to not check me in for over an hour over a $15 past due balance I couldn't pay that day because I didn't have my card on me. She wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor and lied and said there was no one there. I went to a different desk and found a supervisor and complained about the terrible service I received. I literally got in to see my doctor 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment because of the rudeness of their staff. Worst medical office experience!

Been with Jennifer Inglet since the Gridley office was called Del Norte Clinic (2007). Jennifer has my total confidence in diagnosising health issues. She knows her business. A couple of her best nurses came with her to this new office which is a great tribute to Jennifer's influence on quality care. Thanks.

I've been seeing Dr. Taneja and she is so friendly, knowledgeable, and relatable! The entire nursing staff is very welcoming and caring! The lobby and rooms are very nice. Extremely pleased with my experience here.

Not friendly at all, they have strict criteria for appointments but fail to show up on time. The staff is also rude too, it's not hard to be friendly and helpful. I wish communication didn't feel like a chore here but it does.
