I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Erin, and I cannot recommend her enough. From our first session, it was clear that she understood me completely. Dr Erin provided the best support and offered a range of practical tools to help me manage my mental health. Her professionalism was matched by her fantastic sense of humor, which made our sessions both comfortable and engaging. She created an environment where I felt at ease being honest and open. Thanks to her expertise and compassionate yet challenging approach, I’ve made significant growth in my mental health journey. Her office also smells like a coffee shop!

It's hard to put into words how much Dr. Sol and Erin (PA) have helped me over the years. They make an incredible team. Erin is deeply empathetic, and really lets you see how invested she is in your growth. Under her guidance I've started a low does of meds and it's been an incredible shift. Also, no matter how hard a time I'm having, seeing her always lifts my spirits. Beyond that, she is the best PA I've ever had. She explains everything to me in clear terms, she digs in and looks at my lifestyle to see how meds will affect me, and really, honestly listens to what is going on with me. Maybe the first PA I've ever talked to that I felt was really, truly invested in me. Meet with her and you'll know it instantly.

As for Dr. S. He's the best possible therapist . . . if you are willing to put in the work. And it IS work. It's the hardest work I've ever done. But he has been with me every step of the way, pushing me when I needed it, comforting me with a kind word when I fell, but always, always reminding me that there was a different world that was attainable. He never let me give up. He always helped me find my way out of the dark. And he was right. If you come in just wanting validation, or TikTok has diagnosed you with autism or ADHD and you want him to just agree, you will be disappointed. If you want to begin the work of building a better life, one that you can't even imagine, but one that IS possible, he's the guy. I'm finally on the other side a little bit (still some work to go), and let me tell you, nothing has ever been more worth it.

You don't have to settle. Dr. Sol and Erin are there to help.

My sister recommended Erin, she started seeing her when she opened her practice and was very happy with the medication she put her on. I really came to see Erin to please my sister not thinking she could fix my problem. I had carbon Monoxide poisoning in 2010 and several doctors treating me for facial tic and terrible discomfort with my mouth. The medication I was on for 5 years caused side effects so they tried many other medications causing problems like showing liver and kidney blood work with high levels so i had to discontinue that medication. They then said they didn't have anything else they knew of to give me and I may have to adjust to the discomfort. I thought, I can't do that, my life would be horrible, but I didn't know who to see. I went without medication for a couple of months and my days were bad until I went to see Erin. She put me on a medication and in 2 days my problem was under control, I was elated, I couldn't believe I had relief, I was so very happy. I have had no side effects which is a huge bonus. Erin knows so much about what to prescribe for a condition. My sister had an Essential Tremor for many years in her hands that none of her doctors ever addressed. Erin put her on a medication that controlled her hands from shaking, how wonderful that was. Erin is very friendly, pleasant and up-beat. If you call her with a concern ,she will get back to you quickly. I am very pleased with Erin, she has helped me so much, She is very knowledgeable, especially about medications and side effects. I highly recommend Erin. Kristy Fairbanks

Erin is the best psychiatrist (PA) I have ever worked with. I have had so many issues in the past with other psychiatrists just treating me like a guinea pig, but she is nothing like that. Erin makes you feel so comfortable and heard. She listens to every concern you have and works within your boundaries, while challenging you when necessary. She works diligently to make sure you are on the right meds at the right doses, but does not push medication like many providers do; asking all the necessary questions and doing the research before making any decisions. She really cares about her patient's needs and their lives as a whole. Not only is she great at her job, she is a fantastic person in general. Erin Sol and her husband Dr. Raul Sol are a power couple who are much needed in this field. Working with the two of them has changed my life, and I could not be more grateful.

I can’t say enough about Meaningful Change: Clinical & Consultation Psychology, PLLC. i first saw Dr Raul Sol four years ago. His sincere understanding and insight helped me through a very difficult time. I was able to communicate between sessions through emails when I needed a lifeline to sanity.
I also worked with Erin Sol, PA-C psychiatric physician assistant, and although I chose to discontinue meds she recommended, I believe she was the right person to help me at that time. She is very personable as well as knowledgeable. I always felt comfortable reaching out to Erin with any concerns. She responded quickly and followed up every few months. It was very reassuring to know these two professionals were there for me if needed.

Dr Daham Sol is the first therapist of many I have tried over the years. I was hesitant to go because prior therapy has never worked for me. I received excellent care. After a few weeks of getting to know me, he included family members in my therapy. Some work was fun and easy. Some work was not so easy, but always productive. It was a safe place for me to grow and recover from trauma. I felt like someone finally validated me. During our year, I learned many tools that most people usually learn as young adults; tools which continue to help me. It was especially good to hear him say “ I’m sorry this has happened to you” which was a welcome and rare acknowledgment. It has been almost a year since discharge. I highly recommend him, especially if therapy has failed you before.
