We just recently moved to California and my daughter needed her last set of vaccines. We are switching insurances so our pediatrician stated we would be able to schedule at a health center for a low cost visit. This location is about 20 minutes from us so the drive was fairly quick. In the morning, this location was well kept and everyone was very friendly. There is paperwork to fill out beforehand which is pretty common for new patients. We did have to wait a little over an hour to be called back. At this point my daughter was getting a little fussy. The nurse was super friendly and we were out within 10 minutes of being called back. All of the staff was helpful!

Phone line really is worthless, but my doctor was GREAT so they need to step up the rest of their game. ALSO why the hell do they close a medical facility on the weekend so dumb.

I received on time I didn't have to wait long, the staff were friendly the facility clean and neat. The PA was excellent.

All the negative reviews are correct and warranted for this incompetent place. Everybody from the receptionist to the medical assistant are completely incompetent I think they just pulled them off from the street. You make an appointment and then show up and they start telling me different information that they could’ve called you on the phone. Medi-Cal covers a lot of providers so I would urge everybody to please look for other providers. Hopefully all the patients go elsewhere in this location can shut down.
I’d be embarrassed to say i work there especially for receptionist and medical system upfront being so incompetent and having no common sense. Based on all the negative reviews GO ELSEWHERE.

About 20 of us FRONT LINE WORKERS went to this location to receive the Covid19 vaccine.
Caryn Nunley was very rude to all of us and she made us feel pinned pointed..
She is a manager who doesn't know how to manage her team/project..
She informed us after waiting an hour in the sun that we couldn't receive the vaccine because we weren't San Bernadino residents
She let our coworker receive the vaccine who wasnt a san bernadino resident.. She was picking and chosing who can receive it ..
Which is completely unacceptable.. It makes you question her work ethics ..
She could've made an exception for us since we are in the medical field seeing patients everyday .. We were not once rude to her but she was.. Her last comment was you can take a picture of my badge if you want..insinuating she wasn't going to get in trouble..
One day she will be in our shoes . She turned our team away .. We were looking forward to this day to feel safe and accomplished and she took that way from all 20 of us .Caryn Nunley

It looks like their telephone system does not work … which is difficult as a homeless person to get there in person and make an appointment. Super inconvenient

Phone number doesn't work, Everytime I'm 'transferred' to talk to a real person I get hung up on. I've called multiple days in a row and no answer. Very disappointing

This place should be closed down! None of the Doctors are competent. If you care about your health stay away!
