I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and the staff was nice and helpful,gave me papers to fill up upon submitting took eye exam,weight and bp exams. Got sent to a room after the doctor was waiting did plenty exams and questions for a good 20-25 mins,very nice and professional attitude that’s why deserving a 5 star indeed. Thanks!

Required to come here twice for independent medical exams.
First doctor was unfortunately condescending throughout the entire visit. Second doctor was late coming into the office and my appointment by over an hour. The doctor and office did not seem to care that it was a major inconvenience for me.
Reception and nurse staff seem to be more concerned with their phones than the actual patients.
It is overly clear the office is aware the patients are required to attend their appointments, and the office seems to believe they can treat patients however they choose with no sense of professionalism or integrity.
Definitely not an office I would visit by choice.

Do not go to this place if you have options. Was offered to come earlier than appointment time since there were openings. I came in hour before my appointment time. Ended up waiting an hour and 10 minutes. I should have kept my original time and would have only been waiting to 10 minutes. After 50 minutes I asked why it's taking long and why was I offered to come earlier if I'm waiting so long. Receptionist/nurse said she didn't know why I was called but it varies with time with each person. When I first came in there was one person already being seen and one still waiting that was ahead of me. They were obviously behind. I don't understand how there were openings available. Costumer service is not good.

Is there anyone willing to pursue legal matters on this medical money lab? I have tried getting social security. And social security, several medical Drs., and Attorneys. Has told me way back from 05 that this place was a major problem. But do to San Bernardino County being bankrupt at the time the state or Social Security, would take the lead to close this company down. I have never attended this place, nore do I know where it's located. But recently, I have had Drs, and Attorneys say if I get enough others who has either had supposedly attended this medical place, are has and they have proof in the form of medical records, reports, or bills that they will look into the information. And if they think they can will pursue a class action for fraud, and medical incompetence against this place.

This place is a money scam for social security..
Was there today and it was the most unprofessional medical facility I'd ever been to. The husband and wife team running the office looked like they lived there. Files were stored on the Patient exam table in the room that I was in.....
Quite a disgusting facility
no ethics whatsoever...

0 STARS, if I could go NEGATIVE, I would have. Front Office couldn't tell us the doctor's name. Then when we entered the office to meet with the doctor, he told my wife "You can't be in here" I am raising this with every branch of government to get this corrected. The review of this office so apparent!

These Doctors are pawns for Social Security. Hope that you never get sent here for an exam. I don't know how they sleep with themselves at night to be honest.
