We have tried a couple of care-taker agencies and found Visiting Angels to be our favorite. Visiting Angels did a fantastic job aligning caretakers that met the needs of my dad and step-mom's in-home care. Caretakers are very kind and caring and skilled in their services. The administrative staff and process is also fantastic. They accommodate schedule changes quickly and provide very careful drivers for appointments when needed.
I would highly recommend giving Visiting Angels a try if you need care for your elderly relatives.

Visiting Angels Upland is absolutely fantastic!!! They have gone above and beyond to find caregivers who are a great fit for my mom with dementia. Rosalie and Valerie, Lily, Seana and Rocky are invaluable. They are very responsive to requests and questions. Our caregivers Maria and Ma are reliable, trustworthy and extremely caring! Cannot recommend this service highly enough!

Visiting Angels Upland provided great care for my parents over the past several years! The caregivers were reliable, responsible and personable. They made anyone visiting my parents feel totally welcomed, and my parents felt very comfortable with them. I really appreciated the way the office staff accommodated numbers of last-minute requests for care. Over the years, we had service from 4 to 24 hours per day, depending on my parents' health at the time. I really can't express how grateful I am about the quality care we received from this company. It was so important for us, since I live a day's drive away. Thank you, Visiting Angels!

I have been with Visiting Angels for some time now; I enjoy the fact that I have various means to communicate such as telephony, regular phone calls, emails or other means of communication. The other strong factor for me is my weekly paycheck--I find that very helpful. I have been fortunate that I have long-term staff that tries hard to accommodate me when it comes to my schedule requests.

Seanna is amazing! Our family could not be more impressed with how she handled our situation concerning our mother. She responds to our emails and phone calls right away and when we met for the first time, she was utterly professional and handled things with sensitivity to our family's needs.
