The staff was very friendly. I had to go in a gurney and was taking in immediately. My doctor was awesome. I'm a female and some females do not feel comfortable with a male doctor. I wish I could remember his name but he made me feel very comfortable. I don't want anyone else. I've been going to care for women for 2 years and I'm very happy with them

I can’t trust them to diagnose me properly. I’ve had repeated tests, and the office doesn’t follow up if I tested positive for something. I had to call and beg them to call me back for a prescription for something I tested positive for. Why is this office so inefficient? It takes way too long to get a test and then it requires another consultation just to review results? What makes it worse is that some of the doctors, or PAs wouldn’t admit when they don’t know something and try to BS their answers.

NP Doris Alan was so attentive and kind. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and went the extra mile to figure out the root of my problems so I could finally get some answers and proper treatment. After going to multiple different providers at different offices and feeling like nobody was truly listening to my concerns to find a treatment that worked, Doris helped me with everything in just 1 visit and even scheduled a check up just to see how I was doing a few days after. I'm staying loyal to Doris from now on 🙂

My wife and I had our first appointment and it was way easier than I thought it would be. Dr. Johnson was professional, informative and surprisingly easy going. we were explained our next steps and left with confidence and a sense of relief.

This review is for ALL their locations. Rancho, upland, Eastvale. I personally went here for years and saw SO many different nurses doctors, etc all from here. And I was gaslit and dismissed by every single one of them. I did my own due diligence and research and knew I had endometriosis and found a specialist. I was diagnosed and had surgery last year by a specialist while everyone here was useless and dismissive of all my symptoms. Ever since I was FIFTEEN years old I came here for help and I was almost 30 when I finally gave up on this useless office. Don’t go here for pelvic pain or any non baby issues. All they know about here and care about is people who are already pregnant. They don’t care if you’re in pain for other reasons and they are not trained and not knowledgeable to know a damn thing. Do not recommend.

!!!AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

We were transfered from our current OB which we loved to work with Care for Womens until our birth and "meet the delivery team", we go there, and they requested a full upfront payment of $2,000 just to meet the doctor, we told them that we'd rather wait until meeting the delivery team to ensure we liked them, appreciated their composure, etc... They wouldn't let us, but assured us if we didn't like it, they'd refund us immediately.

Stupid us, we went for it and felt quite neglected and rushed by the doctor, we decided to go a different route altogether, just for them to hold onto the delivery fee even AFTER our insurance already covered the prenatal visit in FEB, and after many phone calls, emails, and after finally delivering our baby in early March did they finally refund us today.

We're not super well off people, just normal people trying to have a baby, for a business to take advantage of that and hold our money for MONTHS even after getting compensated for the visit is unacceptable. And they only refunded us, after we reached out again not when they were funded from our insurance in Feb which was the "hold up" on their end, even though it was very clear that prenatal visits were covered by our insurance and should've been a no-brainer/low risk.

Don't go here, rude and misleading.

First visit was great but our second visit was horrible. The service by OBGYN Venezuela is absolutely lazy and negative. Doesn't acknowledge both partners. First thing out of her mouth is what we didn't do or did wrong. Her whole energy is off and negative. She rushed our ultrasound with no picture. Some people shouldn't be in the medical profession.

This office is run by a caring Dr. who is professional, and answers all questions. From the time I entered the staff made sure everything went without an issue. They were also very accommodating to my Veteran husband's very large service dog.
