My father, 85 yrs old, called on Monday the 16th of September 2024, to get a prescription refilled. No return call within in 24 hours, 48 hrs or at all. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy for the wrong medicine, I came in on Friday for a hard copy of the prescription again given THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION!!! How is it possible for people, who asked for this job, supposedly want to take care of people, get a prescription WRONG 3 TIMES? Fortunately it wasn't a life or death prescription, just a pain pill, doesn't really matter that he is gonna be in pain now all weekend. OH WELL AT LEAST YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND!! WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE YOU? NURSE PHIPPS AND STAFF, IF YOU DONT CARE QUIT, LEAVE, GO AWAY STOP MAKING PEOPLE SUFFER JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT CARE!!!

Whenever I have seen a doctor, it's been good. But literally every other part of the process they have managed to mess up for me. The latest in a very, very long list of issues: I needed a prescription renewed. I call, and amazingly someone actually answered (rare for them). That person though promptly transferred me to an answering machine (because of course they did). I left a message explaining what I needed. Went by my pharmacist today, almost a week later, and it was never called in. If there was a reason why, I have no idea because as usual they never called to tell me (seriously, I pretty much only ever learn about my new prescriptions because I go to pick an old one up and I learn I have a new one, no one up there ever tells me anything). I'm usually the most chill person, but I'll ever be back, seriously, train your staff. I've never encountered a medical office with so much ineptitude.

I was very impressed with this walk-in clinic the staff was amazing very sweet an attentive to my son. He was very sick I personally will encourage as well as recommend them to anyone. I do not understand why other's say the staff was rude if you go in with an attitude you get the same treatment. Every staff member there was amazing great attitudes knew their job it was not a long wait my son and I was more than 100% satisfied with the visit. Keep up the awesome work ladies.

As a military wife and mother, and only staying here in Alabama for 1 yr I had to establish a PCM and get all the care I needed fast. I started seeing Jeana Murphy and couldn’t ask for more! She’s so professional, caring, attentive, knowledgeable. I took both my parents there and all three of us have had only EXCELLENT care. Definitely recommend her!

I was treated Sunday, 11/29/21. I arrived about 15 minutes before they opened to find a full parking lot and a line of 10 people already waiting. Immediately upon opening the staff explained the limited entry procedure. The line moved fast and within 30 minutes I had registered, completed paperwork, and returned to my car to wait for them to call me back in to a room. Within another 30 minutes I was taken to an exam room, interviewed, and had vital signs taken. I was then seen by a Nurse Practitioner and expertly treated. Every step of the way the staff explained what to expect. Everyone was courteous, personable and efficient. Despite limited staff and a large volume of patients, my care was outstanding, organized, and accurately delivered. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you!

Only willing to give 2 stars as the NP Debra was incredibly nice. I went in starting in April to establish care and they ordered tests on my back so that she could refer me out to an orthopedic surgeon for my back and I never received results, I had to call a month later to get them, they told me they saw no reason to refer me out as I was “fine” (I’ve had 2 disc surgeries on my spine, I knew something was wrong) I saw another NP as Debra was busy the day I needed to be seen and Jeana Murphy was VERY rude and unprofessional accusing me of being “over dramatic” about my pain level for my back, I ended up have it to go to the emergency room for any help and now I have 6 wonderful screws holding my spine together due to the negligence. Debra was amazing but she’s hard to get in with, If you have to see an NP, ask for her.

Yikes. I called to make the initial appt. I held for 40 mins for a lady to answer, take my name and number and tell me she’d call me back with an appt. 15 mins later, calls me back with an appt almost 3 months out. Okay, I get that.
They then call me and leave a voicemail a week and a half later, saying the doc won’t be in the office that day. Understandable, sure. I am currently on my second hold, returning their call. My first hold was 51 mins. (!!!) I hung up, tried to call back, pressing other options to try to get a human. No such luck. Currently on hold again and it’s been another 15 mins. I think if I ever get someone, I’ll just tell them to take me off the book completely. I’ve been working healthcare 22 years. I’ve never seen this. There’s no sense in making patients hold for an HOUR for an appointment. Even *20 minutes* is absurd. I don’t care if you treat me at a gold standard - you obviously do not respect patients’ time if you cannot staff well enough to expedite calls in a timely manner. Not a good look, folks.
