I made an appointment for my wife and later discovered that Mr. Perez is a nurse practitioner. I would have appreciated it if he had been more transparent about his professional title. I gave a 2-star rating based on the incident above. My wife is not yet Mr. Perez's patient, we are unable to provide feedback on other aspects of his services.

when I called in, I was told Copay or Coinsurance, which either the cheaper I would pay.
I went there 1/24/23, I was told I don't have to pay that they will charge insurance. I got the bill today, $200.00 What kind business they are doing? Now I understand why no Patients in the office. I just needed a prescription that was it. Be careful future visitors!!!!!!!
