Calstro Hospice went above and beyond in taking care of my grandfather. Their liaison May, is charismatic, charming and compassionate. She truly went above and beyond and helped us every step of the way during an extremely difficult time. Their nurses were quite knowledgeable and anticipated my grandfather’s needs before they were even know. They were always available when we needed them and certainly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them.

I used Calstro for my Dad they were sooo awesome. I am a hospice nurse and I know great care and know the differences in hospice care. Unfortunately the company i work for was unable to provide my father with services and Calstro came to my rescue my dad was in the hospital and wanted to come home I made 1 call and Tracey was sent out to see my Dad, she was (godsent) within hours, transportation was set up and my dad was home where he wanted to be. We were able to get a home health aid visit, and a daily nurse visit as my dad was Transitioning and actively drying. Thanks to Calstro my dad was able to pass peacefully at home as he had wanted. Thanks soo much to our team at Calstro on behalf of the family of Lee Rodriguez ❤️

Heartbreaking to have my family member treated so poorly. This company doesn't allow your loved one to pass away with dignity & respect. The LACK of care, meds supplies, & meds for pain control is unreal. There was very little comfort for my dieing family member & us loved ones through this hard time.

The care that the assigned staff of Calstro Hospice gave to my dear sister was excellent. They kept in touch with me often and explained her condition and what steps were taken to give her the best possible treatment, which relieved me greatly when I couldn’t be at the nursing facility. All were compassionate with her and me. Thank you to Calstro Hospice for the support and service given to my sister in her end of life needs.

Our family appreciates the services of Calstro Hospice. Our madre was well taken care of from all staff. Taking care of your loved one and preparing them to transition is such a painful process. Calstro staff ensured we were informed about all aspects: medications, signs to look for, equipment, supplies, access to staff, etc. all with compassion and empathy. Our mom was Spanish-speaking and appreciated that their staff is not only bilingual in Spanish, but they were culturally sensitive and considerate. Alex, one of the co-owners, was informative and responsive. It has been over 6 months since my mom transitioned, so I can't remember the names of all the wonderful staff, but thank you to all!

Very grateful for the care my Mother received. In a most delicate time they were incredibly kind and thoughtful of our families feelings. They continue to reach out and check on me 3 months after her passing. I highly recommend them for your loved ones. They were also very patient with me as far as billing due to hold ups with her medi-cal application which was most appreciated. Thank you again for your support.
