My mom has been a patient there for many years. Service is ok. Trying to get a hold of someone is like pulling. I’m my mom’s power of attorney. Dr. Brian released information went against HIPPA. I called to speak to him Alex answered the phone put me on hold for 45min came back and said they could proceed because they don’t have paperwork. I physically walked the paperwork in multiple times. I then spoke to Andrea V. in the grievance dept which also was no help. She said i had to file a grievance with my mom’s insurance. I called both medi-cal and medi-care filed grievance for breaking patient confidentiality. Be careful on paperwork given to this office. They always says they don’t have it and release information to anyone but the proper person.
