I was skeptical at first whether this was a real place or not. I went online to see where I could get my Nipt test done and this address showed up but I couldn’t find anything. On the Nipt website it said the name was Diagnostic Laboratory Science but whenever I typed it in Maps, nothing would show up. The name is shortened on the actual place and I’m glad I decided to check out if it was actually a real place. I got there around 2:15 on Friday, March 7th. I was the only one there with my toddler. The receptionist quickly took my order form and sat me in the back to draw blood. She was super quick and the procedure was quite painless. She spoke to me and didn’t make me feel awkward. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. So glad I gave this place a try!

First, there was no long wait, especially upon opening in the morning. Actually, no one else was there except one person ahead of us who was already getting their lab drawn. You can do Walk-In with a MD lab order because that's pretty much what we did. I understand that this facility just opened at this Montclair site but it was still great from a waiting standpoint compared to Quest Diagnostic or Lab Corp. Second, it is however a very small office but sufficient for labwork needs. Third, the female staff was very helpful and friendly. She answered our questions. Fourth. Quick turn around time. We went on a Thursday and the MD office had the lab results at least by that following Monday. Maybe it was there sooner but we didn't check until that Monday. Lastly, they don't ask you to pay then and there for your share of cost or even if you're a Self Pay patient. They get your info and you will be billed in the mail. For the labwork we needed, the estimated cost was very reasonable! I highly recommend this place for labwork needs if you want to keep life simple.
