Excellent staff. So far every time I have appointment I’ve been helped right away. I haven’t had to wait long to be seen. They even have a phlebotomist so they can do my blood work right there.

Couldn't help me determine my eligibility so that I could make an appointment. Their system has been down for some time so instead of getting to the bottom of the issue they are turning people with Medi-cal away. I asked for a timeline and they had no clue when the system would be back up. Very unprofessional over the phone.
