Always have a great experience!..Dr. Kim did my eye exam. Such a great experience. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable. Great customer service from staff! The moment I arrived I felt welcome! Sarah always such a great help. My new glasses ready in an hour. Love them:) Never a bad experience!

It has been many years since I have experienced a lens crafters visit , but I am happy say that my visit was very good, I was seen same day the ladies were very friendly & Dr Lam was very good he explained everything about my vision and I as friendly as well. I’m glad stepped in today

I was greeted when I entered the store. I was informed every step of the way about wait times, next steps, etc. I was given plenty of time to browse frames and told the various options for costs. I appreciated that I was not pushed towards the most expensive frames. The employee helping me and the one next to us, both agreed on one frame and it was the second to cheapest one.
My only feedback is for the payment system. It would be nice to pay for the exam and the glasses with the same transaction.

First time ever using LensCrafters and I was very pleased with my eye exam. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I had an appointment at 1pm and they called me right at 1 pm. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

My first time at this Lens Crafters location. I received excellent service from the time I walked in with the politeness happy greetings. The office was clean and well organized. I saw Dr Head, he is very professional, courteous and paid special attention to my concerns with my eye vision. Krissann was courteous and professional as well with explaining my vision plan. This location will be my only place when getting new glasses. Thank you 😊

Friendly and efficient and excellent service. I will definitely come back again. Krisanne made the check-in and pre-checks process so smooth and calmed my nerves. Dr. Danny is very knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions and concerns, he is very understanding and patient.

Staff was very competent, polite and welcoming. They were prompt and got me through my exam without a problem. Optometrist Danny Head was very nice, easy to talk to and made some very good suggestions regarding my prescription.

On March 30, 2022 my wife and I HAD APPOINTMENTS AT 5:40pm and 6pm with dr. Lam. Let me tell you that it has been the most pleasant experience ever, so courteous, extremely professional by the Dr Lam, Annette and Nixie. Cristina over the phone was great as well. I’ve been to multiple optometrist and this location has been the most outstanding. Great team, thank you so much for helping us get the proper prescription and pair of glasses. We will see you soon.
