My experience with Dr. Tinsley was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I met her, as I felt comfortable and confident in her care. She has a warm and compassionate bedside manner, and she truly listened to me. She took the time to explain my condition in detail, answering all of my questions with patience and understanding. Her thoroughness and knowledge gave me peace of mind. She went a step further to contact me via phone to inform me of an alternative plan to assist me with getting radiology order near my home in San Diego, CA. I highly recommend Dr. Tinsley to anyone seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled Family Health Professional.BTW Dr. Tinsley’s Assistant as the second point of contact has impeccable knowledge and provided detailed instructions on continuity of health care.

Dr. Lin was great! I'm very lucky there was a cancellation and I was able to get in to see her as the waiting list to see any primary care physician is currently very long. I did not know what to expect from Dr. Lin, however I found her to be upbeat, professional, open to questions, feedback, and collaborative. I threw a lot her way as I have had a gap in my medical care in the last two years and I had many referrals and concerns for her to address. She listened thoughtfully, answered questions, gave her opinion, and filled the much needed medication I had been needing. I know she had many other patients to see, but she made me feel like I was cared for in a short time.

I really like and appreciate Jodi Gorman, NP. In fact my insurance changed, again, this year and I now pay a lot for my monthly premium exactly because I wanted to continue to work with Jodi Gorman. I could have paid much less if I had not cared about staying with her. I feel like she really listens, never pressures me with her own, maybe different agenda, and because I find her so compatible and smart and reasonable, it is she that has made me make some (good) choices regarding my health that I may not have made if I had seen a different type of person. She listens to everything I have to say, which is a lot. I never feel rushed with her and she respects my research and requests. I asked for several authorizations, some connected and some not. All of which were fulfilled directly afterward. I cannot say enough good things about her as a care provider. And I feel tremendously confident with her opinions and suggestions. As usual this visit was a pleasure and all my issues were addressed and remedies planned. I must also compliment the whole facility and staff, from the receptionist and check in person to all that people I have dealt with in the Emeryville office. Everybody is professional, the place is clean and run smoothly. Also I find the portal through which one can write to one's primary care person, see one's test results, and reorder meds, to be exceptionally easy to use and the response time very quick.

I'm so grateful this is my primary healthcare provider. I appreciate how easy it is to schedule online or over the phone, reach a person to speak with over the phone, check-in, the friendliness of the the receptionists, and care and competence of all the staff and doctors here. The facility is modern, clean and professional, and feels well-cared for and comfortable. Going to an appointment doesn't feel overwhelming because the facility is just the right size. Sometimes the parking lot can fill up depending on the time of day, but I usually am able to park here or within a couple blocks. I like their online portal for scheduling and viewing health info and test results.

The check-in and checkout process was extremely easy and efficient. The nursing staff was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Bahrani is an excellent primary care physician. He is a great communicator and listener. It was a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend Dr. Bahrani
