Incredibly rude staff. One of my clients is experiencing pain in their teeth and I wanted to see what type of emergency dental services they offer. They said they have two open times for registration, one being 1:00pm. I then said okay we'll be there around 1:00pm and she sarcastically replied "No, NOT around 1:00pm before or else we won't take you". You could've said "I recommend you to come earlier as late registrations won't be accepted" They really need some customer service training because even saying something as simple as we'll be there shouldn't generate such a harsh response.

The worst experience ever! Had an appointment with Tina Raei. I arrived early as they requested 1:45pm my appointment was at 2:20 and it was 3:15 and still no doctor. The assistant told me there was still 4 people ahead of me. I just left with my baby so angry and upset. A complete waste of time and horrible service. Do not come here! The doctor never saw me.

I really don't like how each and every time I try to call the optometry department they never answer. They don't even have an email to contact them. I've been told to ask for Mayra every time we call but some operators don't help you.

For the OBGYN department. i have to say all the ladies there are really nice !! They made me feel welcomed and comfortable for the time i was there and answered all questions i had accordingly. However, the reason i’m giving 2 stars is because despite how nice and helping they were the actual doctor i had to see was completely rude. i wish i had gotten a different doctor to answer my questions and talk to me because during the time the doctor talked to me he made me feel really uncomfortable. unhappy and i felt as if i couldn’t ask any of the questions i wanted to ask because of how uncomfortable this situation was. I had no sleep the night before probably about 2 hours So i checked something wrong on my registration paper when i was completely done and just ready to get the heck out, the doctor calls me back and starts yelling at me saying if i was being serious about what i had marked down and started going off about how serious that was which i understood. After telling him it was an accident he put his arms down and gave a rude sigh and walked off. That’s no way to treat a minor who’s struggling with pregnancy for the first time. A lot of my questions i kept to myself because the ones i ended up asking i got extremely short answers for. This place would be so much better off without this doctor here, They should remove him and consider hiring somebody who’s actually passionate about their job.

I went to Comprecare with wife, 2 month old daughter and 15 month old son to get immunizations for daughter with Dr. Santiago. The appointment was for 1:30. The nurse took temperature and weighed daughter. Then she said to wait in a receiving room for the injections. We waited for an hour, then she said to get out of the room because it was needed for another patient. After waiting a little longer, we finally got the immunizations. One and a half hours for routine immunizations does not seem reasonable, and it is a not an efficient use of Comprecare's facilities.

Useless. Absolutely useless. The staff are so unhelpful and the doctors are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. When you need doctors’ assistance, they tell the nurses to call you. When they call you back, you’re still stuck where you started and no issues are resolved. This doctor sent over a “new” prescription to the pharmacy. Yea, no. Turns out it was the same one and I still can’t pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous. They’re fine with wasting your time there; they have absolutely no regard for people’s busy schedules or what else you’ve got going on. HORRIBLE!!

First let me start of by saying Lani in the reception area is awesome. She will go out of her way to help you (within reason) Dr. Chandramouli is a great dr. I couldnt ask for a better dr. for my 3 kids. I trust her as do my children.
The way this clinic is ran is out of control. Its impossible to get a live person when you call the clinic, left on hold for about 15 min and that is just to ask a question about an appt. You are told to be in the clinic by a certain time ony to really need to take about 4 hours out of your day to check in, vitaled and be seen. Lets not forget about immunizations which take another 45 min for the med. asst to prepare. Come on really! Where in the medical field does it take this long for a basic routine follow up or physical? I only deal with the clinic because of the dr. other then that I really hate it here. I wonder what it would be like if others who had different insurances would experience, is this jus a medi-cal/low cost issue?

Do NOT recommend this place!! The work they do at the dental office is unfinished. When they mess up a task, they will tell you to go somewhere else. Very incompetent team!
