My recent experience at this hospital was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff provided incredibly cordial and friendly attention. The speed of care was remarkable; even before my wife had finished registering my emergency, I was promptly taken to an examination room to begin treatment.

The nurse who attended to me was absolutely lovely and incredibly attentive to all our needs. Despite a language barrier – she didn't speak Spanish, and our English is limited – her communication was outstanding. We were also fortunate to have assistance from a staff member who spoke Spanish, which was incredibly helpful.

The diagnostic process was impressively fast and efficient. Within about half an hour, I had undergone a CT scan and blood and urine tests, and the diagnosis was clearly explained. The doctor took my situation very professionally and showed genuine concern for my progress, ensuring we understood how to improve my health.

As someone who has lived in Spain and is familiar with that healthcare system, this experience made me realize I had never received care quite like this before. There were no waiting times, the attention was exquisite, and the results in terms of diagnosis and treatment were nothing short of exceptional.

I went to this facility as I was on a trip far from home. The staff and the doctors were amazing. They all made you feel very welcome and took their time to address my needs. They were thorough and offered extremely useful information…far above what you’d expect at a place where they’ve never seen you before. Extremely caring.

I arrived near the end of the day and was immediately seen by a nurse and then in tandem with a doctor. Both were efficient, caring, thoughtful and encouraged me to participate in decisions going forward. It couldn't have been better!

I came in to Urgent Care to have a tic which was embedded in my leg (which had been attached for 5 days!) removed and tested for lyme disease. I received excellent and efficient care from the doctor. The front desk was also considerate and helpful.

I was out running yesterday morning and performed a face-plant on a gravel path. My experience at Sutter Urgent Care in Palo Alto was excellent. After a brief wait, I was taken to an examination room where the nurses and doctor attended to me: X-rays, numbing the scrapes, flushing them, and carefully removing the gravel before bandaging. I received competent and genuine care, which I appreciate.

The office staff were kind and efficient. The nursing staff were also kind and helpful. Dr. Carlos Cruz was wonderful, a real gem of a doctor and a human! Reassuring, thorough, conscientious. Also, Michael in Radiology who took my X-rays was wonderful; again kind is the word, plus responsive to my concerns, and efficiently thorough. I am so grateful for their care.
